House holiday rentals in Matera

The place is as described. 15 min walk to a peaceful and gravely beach. There is a private parking with a gate, which was very convenient for us. The hist is very friendly and responds fast. I would recommend :)

Beautiful and cozy accommodation on a strategic location. Note that it's next to a bigger road so you can have some noise from cars, but the upside is that you can get to places quickly. Very smooth communication with Gaetano. Would definitely recommend.

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

We had a pleasant weekend in the trulli of Mariano and Antonella, we enjoyed the calm and the environment . Provide a car to get around as the accommodation is secluded. The accommodation matches the photos, beautiful place, with a large private pool.

We had a really relaxing stay in Marta's appartament. Everything was well equipped, clean and we enjoyed the outside area including the pool, lovely sitting area and two loungers. We also appreciate the privacy. Marta was always helpful and made us feel comfortable all the time. We'd like to come back for another time. For future guests, there are some calm animals (cats and dogs) in the yard.

We especially appreciated the very spacious pool and the outdoor area destined for the barbecue complete with wood-fired oven and large space to cook and prepare everything there. Rosa and Giuseppe are very available for any need. The villa is in a very quiet area, particularly suitable for those who want to spend a holiday with family or friends in relaxation and joy, but also for those who want to take the opportunity to visit the very beautiful surrounding areas, just a few minutes by car from the center of Polignano, Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Putignano and much more. Good value for money.

Nice place in an old town, within walking distance of downtown. You have to be good at walking. In the house there are two flights of stairs, one of which is reasonably stylish. Breakfast is simply perishable croissants, biscuits and 2 types of cake (but tasty) this is ready upon arrival for the days you booked, in our case 2 nights. Furthermore, 2 types of juice and milk. We found the bed on the hard side. The house is a great place to explore the surroundings. Breakfast on the balcony in the morning is wonderful with the sunshine.

Four of us came to see our grandparents village: for our first time visit Miglionico was charming and told us enough of what we wanted to know. But the village and the location is just so beautiful. I am selfishly grateful that it is not so touristy and that people make me use Italian. I always felt safe. I expect to return again hopefully with my daughter and hopefully to Grazia’s accommodation.

Rosalba’s house was a fantastic to stay, right in the heart of old Matera, surrounded by great restaurants.

A well presented property typical of its location. Very comfortable and adequately specified for our stay. The location is perfect for exploring the Sassi and its surrounding areas. Owner was responsive and always helpful. Would happily stay again and recommend.

Beautiful accomodation, stunning location, would highly recommend

We spent a lovely week in this spacious, tranquil apartment with fantastic views (especially from the kitchen and the narrow balcony off of it). The place is ideally located on the upper part of one of the sassi, making it convenient to restaurants, banking, and to the mercato, food stores and bakery (on Via Ascanio Persio) for self-catering. At the same time, it is tucked away so it is quiet and private. We loved that all the windows and doors (except the front door) had insect screens so we could leave them open. A note that the front terrace is shared with two other apartments, so is not private. Roberto is super responsive and helpful.

Great location in front of the dirt church, quiet and quiet neighborhood. A relatively small house but very clean and with all the necessary services, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Unfortunately, during my place the wifi was not working and the line in the house was quite poor/missing. Tiziana still confirmed the temporary nature of the problem, which will be resolved as soon as possible. Overall recommended apartment.

Very nice house, ideal x a little relaxation in the tranquility of the surrounding nature! The outdoor area is well cared for and great for fresh and outdoor dining. 5 minutes by car from the Mercadante forest and the pretty and typical Apulian village, Cassano delle Murge. Dario was a helpful host and quick to respond to our messages....highly recommended!!

Cosimo's house is in a great location for visiting Matera, it is clean and well maintained. Mr. Cosimo is kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Superb location. The highest appartment in the city, view is just fantastic. Lots of charm but with big rooms (quite rare in Matera!). Very friendly welcome by Francesca who sorted parking for us, super useful ! Highly recommend.

Everything is very, very good The host, always available throughout the stay, suggested the parking not far away and outside the ZTL, met us and then took us to the apartment. Inside everything is tidy, clean and corresponding to the photographs. I am very satisfied with the hospitality, the stay and the stay in the city.

The stay in Matera was simply perfect. The accommodation was cozy, well cared for and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with a wonderful and unforgettable view. It consists of two apartments with individual entrance but connected internally, making it very convenient for two families . The location turned out to be strategic for exploring the city and its wonderful Sassi. A strong point was Anna's hospitality: friendly, helpful, and ready to provide useful advice. A beautiful experience that I highly recommend!

Marilisa was very communicative and welcoming. The apartment was in a lovely, in a quiet location and easily accessible to the sights of Matera. The apartment was a great, clean space for our group and the breakfast furnished was perfect.
