Beautiful location to watch the sunrise from the back deck. The cows were delightful to watch in the fields. Wish we booked an extra night!

Great house for 6 people to stay in with plenty of space. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Robyn was very accommodating with any requests and was extremely prompt with communication. A lovely quiet spot to stay within easy walking distance to town.

This is such a peaceful place to stay, nestled in the hills just outside of Matamata. Check in was a breeze and the place was perfect to relax with some cheese and crackers for dinner, after a little stroll around the area - although we could apparently have ordered pizza for delivery if we had been hungry! The hdmi cable made it easy to stream some tv and then we enjoyed a great nights sleep in the comfy bedrooms. The Heatpump wasn’t needed as there were big screens on the windows allowing a nice cooling breeze without letting the bugs in, but good to have it available and situated between the bedrooms. The fridge was stocked with some thoughtful supplies too. A great little spot to stay!

The place is very clean and has great shower and comfortable bed. We appreciate having breakfast provided for the first day.

We had such a wonderful time! This is truly a beautiful Airbnb in a stunning location. It had everything we could possibly need and Robyn made us feel right at home. Our son enjoyed all the toys, puzzles and wanted to go kayaking as soon as his eyes opened in the morning. We will be back!

My family adored the place (my sister wondered why we had only a night to spend at such a beautiful home)! We were warmly greeted by Eileen herself, who lives in a separate house opposite to ours, and were delighted to find chocolate and cookies upon arrival. The house definitely had character and feels homey. The surroundings were beautiful - the gardens, the tree house, the surrounding farms. If you're in for a Kiwi experience, this house is it! We woke up to a delightful scene of watching Blossom (Sheep dog) commanding the sheep into the neighbouring farm pen. Upon checkout, my parents had the chance to greet Eileen and her partner, and say hello to Blossom too :) It was a dreamy stay, thanks Eileen!
