location was good, short walk away from the mall - have to cross a few roads though, but nothing crazy. apartment was clean and spacious, Netflix also available on the TV. thanks for the stay!

Excellent accommodation especially those who wanted to travel to Singapore else well with the excellent location located nearby the JB CIQ centre and it is also a shopping mall. The apartment is extremely clean & comfortable to stay. Besides, the owner is very friendly and kind to provide us advice and tips on our trip which give us a big help in avoiding some unnecessary problems and also offer us for a ride to the station when we check out. He is also be very patient in waiting for us to reach his house to pass us the keys even though we are late due to the traffic on the road.

Sapphire's place is the best Airbnb I've booked thus far for my family. My parents wouldn't stop talking about how comfortable the place is, my father especially sang praises about the mattress used in the bedroom, saying he sleeps better at Sapphire's place than at my own condo. My younger sisters loved the aesthetics and took many pictures at Sapphire's place. It was noticeably spotless upon entrance of the unit. Instructions were clear and check-in was a breeze. Thank you so much Sapphire for giving me the peace of mind I needed, now i know where to book for my parents next time my parents come visiting me in JB!

Walkable to Mid Valley Southkey, the apartment is cosy and can fit our family of 9 easily. The kids enjoyed the bathtub at the apartment and swimming pool. 2 nights is definitely not enough.

For every criteria on what makes a good Airbnb apartment, this one will score well on all of them. However, in attempting to maximize space to accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, there was no room for a table top or shelf in the bedrooms for me to put my things on. Minor issue though. Thanks for a lovely stay which is a short walk to Legoland across the road.

Very accommodating and the price is worth it. Travelling around is easy too.

Jeff’s place is great for long stay, he was very helpful throughout my stay. Will definitely choose his place again if visiting Johor again.

Marcus was so responsive and reached out with detailed instructions of what to do! He also checked in to make sure we were doing okay, but was not overbearing at all. This made the whole experience very seamless :) would definitely recommend for a quick overnight stay!

We stayed for 2 nights! The place is nicely maintained and we enjoyed our time there. We even went to swim at the pool together with our daughter. Nice place for families.

The place is clean & host is responsive in replying messages

We had a pleasant stay in Zack’s place. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The three rooms apartment is spacious and looks amazing. We enjoyed the facilities in the place, especially swimming pools and the badminton courts. There are boats in the harbour nearby from 3.30pm during the weekend. We would love to come back again.

Host was very friendly and responsive. Thankful for all the extra information given which helped us alot. Information given were very succinct and relevant photos concerning the instructions were given as well. Host had also prepared mandarin oranges for our CNY staycation.

Host was responsive to questions. Some improvements required to make place better which host feedback they will work towards. if u want a luxurious place, then then this is not for u. but for a comfortable, clean and reasonably priced place for 4-5 persons, it is good enough. read the instructions carefully on how to check in and it is not difficult. we did not use the facilities. we walked to taman sentosa (about 10 min if u can cross the big road behind illegally) for food (cafes, retail, coffee shops). below the apt is a coffeeshop n a cafe but we did not go there.
