the veranda overlooking the sea is a fantastic experience, small but comfortable accommodation, easy to access with elevator and very comfortable parking, free beach and beach dedicated to dogs just below the house, Paolo was a great host with practical and useful tips right away, comfortable amenities, nearby and easy to reach. Definitely a great experience.

the large and very functional apartment, spectacular balconies for lunch and dinner, the only downside is one bathroom but we knew it already from the start, 2 very large double rooms and a third smaller but still beautiful large, a living and well-stocked kitchen, a very used room for the passage on the terrace where we had lunch. The washing machine located in the basement where there were also wires to spread. Excellent proximity to the sea and bathing establishments, from 7:30 am to 8:00 am opens a fishmonger on the seafront(as soon as you exit the underpass and arrive on the seafront road is on the right) with excellent prices and quality fish to make excellent lunches. for those who love the hustle and bustle of the Romagna Riviera, so shops and life on the waterfront have to move to nearby Senigaglia. Beaches of pietroline but after a couple of meters of water under your feet you can feel the sand, the sea is too bad for thisyear that it had muzzling but without it would have been very nice. rating 8

The newly renovated apartment is very nice, well cared for and clean. There are all the necessary appliances with detergents useful for use. We were also provided with the towels. The area is quiet and not too far from the beach that can be reached on foot through the railway underpass. Positive experience with the host, too.

Good location, both sea and supermarket within walking distance. Great stay, new, clean apartment with everything and above all a friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommend.
