Monthly Rentals in Marotta

Stayed on Marco's place for 11 days and i never felt away from home. the place is walkable distance from the Mondolfo center and about 15 minutes away from the beaches. marco sent local recommendations for food and gelato which is a plus.

We rented the apartment for two employees. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, good location has everything you need for a longer stay. Our employees felt at home. The owner is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

We stay here for one night during out transfer through Italy. Great location, only several kiloeters from highway, big supermaket aprox 200meters. So no problem relax here and refill food during long yourney... Accomodation was clean and tidy. Beds were prepared as was described. Also accommodation is big, enough for big family. Host vas very kind and helpful. No problem with late check-in (we delayed and arrive at 11 PM, and no problem, host wait for us). We were fully satisfied.

Good location, both sea and supermarket within walking distance. Great stay, new, clean apartment with everything and above all a friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommend.
