Monthly Rentals in Marine Street Beach

Perfect for us in so many ways! This third-floor unit (with elevator) is filled with light and so many thoughtful amenities and “extras.” It is so walkable that we lived the first few weeks without a car. The primary bedroom bed is super lush and comfy. The office with Murphy bed and terrace came in handy and added spaciousness to the overall feel of the place. Two secure indoor parking spaces are a big plus in a neighborhood where overnight parking is scarce. Hosts Pam and Joe were responsive, clear communicators and made us feel right at home on Day One. And they are fascinating, interesting people we are glad to have met.

It was a great space! Definitely a great home base to explore the surrounding area. We had breakfast on the balcony each morning while listening to the waves.

Although the furnishings were a little dated, the condo is very roomy ,comfortable and has a great floor plan. The view and location are worth every dollar we paid. There were a few minor issues when we arrived, but Evan and his associate were very responsive and took care of everything quickly and satisfactorily. I wish we could rent it again next year!

Incredible location just steps from the beach, with ocean views. The rooftop deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening, and there are many other outdoor spaces for relaxing, including the hot tub. Kids loved the bunk beds and spent hours watching the fish in the aquarium! Would highly recommend for families.
