Beachfront holiday rental in Marina di San Nicola

This is the accommodation where I stayed for a day before going to the airport. Privacy was very well protected, and most importantly, it was close to the beach, and the neighborhood was clean and quiet, so it was perfect for ending the trip. The house was as tidy as described, and it was pleasant and safe. The host was also very friendly and quickly answered any questions. And they booked an airport shuttle for me, so I was able to resolve the heavy luggage issue. Thank you.💓

Our stay was fantastic. The space was cozy and spacious. Everything needed to make for a great stay was included. The outdoor area was a big hit for our two dogs and access to the lake was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay.

Host was very helpful, There are 2 step-outs a romantic Romio-Juliet, and a cozy roomy hang out above the hustle and bustle of the city. Good town to relax and plan day trips around Italy.

Luciana's place was perfect for our family trip to Rome. Ostia is a bit away from the city, but all stores are easily accessible by train and metro. The apartment was as-advertised, and Luciana was in the apartment to meet us, explain the apartment, and tell us where shops, the beach, and train stations were located. She also allowed us to check in when we arrived, which greatly helped. Great stay, highly recommended.

Salvatore was kind, responsive, and amazing at communicating across our language barrier. His place feels like a vintage yacht, and the view is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this as a Ostia beach getaway, and exactly what we needed after some long flights.

The place was great. The location was perfect to restaurants , shopping and beach. The host even picked us up at the airport when we arrived :-).

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Everything was considered in the house. Everything we needed was available with the instructions to use it. Marco answered our questions at all times and showed constant attention to whether we needed it. We were very satisfied with the stay, we made a walk to the train station because we did not have a car, we did a taxi at night. The taxis do not work until late hours, but there are private taxi services, if you arrange one of those services before the stay, you will be more comfortable to go to the station. Apart from that, you can walk by the sea on two lower streets and enter the sea in the summer. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Enrico is such a kind host. He is very personable and communicative. He is understanding and compassionate if travel plans change and is very flexible. The property is excellent value for money. We would highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Gloria's place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 11, with a quiet location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to cook up pasta and enjoy it al fresco with stunning sea views.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

We were excited about the delightful, clean and cozy structure. I highly recommend it to all types of families to stay in tranquility and serenity, we will definitely be back!

Great accommodation!!

The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The location is very good as it is located directly on the beach. Good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The host answered all questions quickly and easily, as well as gave many tips.

The host is responsive and friendly. We received all the information we needed in time. The quality of the listing is as advertised. The only thing was that there were not enough slippers;) There are beautiful tiles on the floor, but cold:)

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Great location in Ostia surrounded by alot of restaurants and easy to get around with electric scooters and bikes. Also close to the metro so if you want to go into Rome it’s great also. Nice place comfortable beds and a clean space ! Recommend highly if in Ostia

If I could give six stars, I would. Emiliana is the sweetest most friendliest host I have ever had. Her home is stunning and I wish we would have had more time. You can walk to the beach in minutes and enjoy good food in great restaurants close by. We slept very well in the comfortable beds and cooked a delicious dinner in the wonderful kitchen. The welcome basket helped us have breakfast ! We will be back! Grazie mille.
