Beach house holiday rentals in Marina di San Nicola

We had a great summer with a family with children. The house has a big private garden where the kids can play. Very convenient with private road down to the beach, which makes it easier to walk on the beach several times a day. In addition, a shower in the garden was very helpful to flush the sand when coming from the beach. The house was large with plenty of space for several families. Would aboslutt recommend the place. We would gladly came again.

Most of all loved the terrace and the view from the living room window, great sunrises. Perfect place for a family vacation. A helpful host. Thank you!

Perfect stay in this apartment located near Rome airport! Clean, comfortable and well-equipped, it was exactly what we expected. The host was very available, accommodating and even booked a taxi for our departure, which was very appreciated. We recommend it without hesitation!

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Unfortunately, due to a train strike, we were only able to check in in the evening and were therefore even picked up by car from the train station! The furnishings of the apartment leave nothing to be desired, clean and maintained. The location is perfect to walk to the beach, train station and supermarket. Will come back to this great apartment any time!

Authentic spacious beach house close to the sea. Great residential neighbourhood with market and restaurants in vicinity. Host was easy and helpful to correspond with. Would visit again!

We had an incredible stay at Gloria's place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 11, with a quiet location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to cook up pasta and enjoy it al fresco with stunning sea views.

Giandomenico was super helpful and always present for anything. She recommended many nice places to eat and have breakfast. Your villa is equipped with anything, we had a great time

The stay was just right for us. 10 min walk to the train or beach. One day we drove to Rome (3.80 EUR each way, about 45 min. to Termini) and walked our feet sore, the next day we were lazy on the beach (lounger+umbrella about 12 EUR) There are numerous good restaurants nearby. That's why we never cooked there. A grill is available. Until Anzio, it is recommended to have a car. You can park right in front of the house. We never used the pool around the corner that doesn't belong to the house. It was a very relaxing holiday and would book it again. In case of problems and wishes, Giulio was quick and helpful.

I share the opinions of others. A place with character. Thank you for a short but very enjoyable stay with flexible check out. We would love to return in the warmer season when the beach can be fully enjoyed.

Alloggio was an amazing host. She met me in person to show me around. Her flat was amazing, with a beautiful balcony fantastic for relaxing. She was super helpful and I loved the place!

Wonderful house, superior to any expectation. Large, super clean, equipped with everything and you don't feel like a vacation home, but a loved and well-kept place. A special mention to the bathroom, which in addition to being very spacious has a spectacular shower! Garden and covered patio are equally well cared for and very enjoyable, you can have lunch outdoors in the middle of the greenery and in total tranquility. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Claudia, but her formidable parents welcomed us not only with the courtesy that is allowed to be expected, but with sincere warmth (thank you again Rita for your exquisite donkey and Aldo for the plant). They were available for anything and, at the same time, are people of absolute discretion and respect for the confidentiality of guests. We've rarely felt so good! We really recommend a stay with them.

Absolutely beautiful, we came from London and wanted an authentic Italian place to stay and this was it, very homely and also very safe. The locals are very helpful. Everyone is friendly and everyone is eager to help: the host was very friendly. They offered us options. They accommodated us well. The apartment was very clean the apartment had everything we needed, the apartment’s balcony was my favourite especially because it was sunny. We had breakfast on the balcony. For me, this place is more for a quiet vibe right next to the beach with beautiful restaurants. However, it was a bit tricky getting to the city. Once the locals and the host helped it got easier. It’s all part of the experience to be fair. I am definitely booking this place again.

We spent ten days of pure relaxation in Francesco'sapartment! Already upon our arrival everything was made pleasant and simple, from check-in to our departure. The apartment was impeccable even in every detail, nothing was missing and the beach below the house was the top! Francesco's courtesy, hospitality and availability are unique. They have made our stay even more beautiful. A place where we will return and that we will definitely recommend to friends and family.
