Mrs. Tina has considered us as part of her family from the moment we booked the house. She shared information about shops, markets and initiatives in the area from Gaeta to Sessa Aurunca. It has shown extreme availability not only for the needs of the stay but also for a dialogue on topics such as cooking, literature and love of animals. The proximity to Gaeta and Formia makes her home a quiet ideal oasis, surrounded by a large garden, less than 200 meters from the sea. Indoor and self-contained parking is a highly appreciated feature. Holiday residence ideal for families, especially with animals that can circulate in the freely fenced garden. As much as we can, we would highly recommend Morus Alba to couples or families who want to enjoy a quiet vacation in nature and in an area rich in ancient history such as Minturnae and recent as in nearby Cassino. We stayed the whole month of May as the tourist season was just starting. Andrea is genuinely a great guy who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and always answered our questions in a timely manner. Since my ability to speak Italian is quite limited , I would use a translator app to translate my text and then send to Andrea and it worked pretty well. That’s how I would communicate with the local taxi company as well, primarily for rides to the train station and back. Andrea’s Airbnb was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for and more at an affordable rate. We loved the views, the large terrace, the close proximity to public and private beaches, restaurants, gelato stands, live music and bars This location is a 15 minute walk to grocery stores ,coffee shops, fruit and vegetable stands etc. We will miss strolling down the promenade , parallel to the beach at night and hiking up to the nature park tower that overlooks the town and Mediterranean .

We felt very welcome. the view distant sea view and the mountains is fantastic. A private parking space at the back was very nice. Anything you need for a small week holiday was present. We enjoyed the good care of the hostess.

The house is on a hill with beautiful views of the sea. It has a lovely garden with magnificent plants and a large pool that was well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and new. The house corresponds exactly to the description. The welcome by Valeria was very kind. She was always available by phone very quickly during our stay and took good care of us.
