Holiday rentals with a patio in Margate

2nd time we visited Parmel's place in 3 months. I highly recommend it. We love spending time there. Value for money and Parmel is great.

Mark and Geraldine are some of the kindest, most friendly people I’ve ever met! They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and help me out while I was staying with them. The place was so nice and clean and the outdoor area genuinely looked like a resort. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay I absolutely recommend here, 11/10 I would come again!

Robyn's place had plenty of carparks on arrivals, clear instructions on how to get in and when you got into the room plenty of room and minimal clutter. Bed was very comfy and bathroom and kitchen spotless clean. No outside noise could be heard and views of the water to take in. Only down fall is we didn't have enough time :( and would love to have stayed longer.

A modern place with clean furniture, great amenities and convenient location, walkable to West Village, South Bank parks and South Brisbane Station. Jack is a great host with clear instructions and reasonable response time.

I really liked my stay at Jai's place. Apartment is spacious, clean, tidy and in a great location. It was for my teen son and I, so we appreciated the bedroom each with QB and we had a bathroom each. However, my tall son couldn't use the shower in main bathroom haha. I will definitely be booking again, because everything else was great!

Kirstin is an excellent host who goes the extra mile for her guests. Her listing is the perfect location for a couple or small family to stay in a fully furnished apartment close to train stations, shops, cafes and parks. We highly recommend!

Beautiful house, nice neighborhood. Andre & Ewa are very lovely. The house was crisp, sparkling clean & thoughtful. It had everything we needed for travel and rest. The space was clutter-free and amenities had a luxurious touch. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay here in a homely environment that was the perfect size to cater to our big family of five. Everyone managed their own bed and there were plenty of bathrooms to go around. Air conditioning and the pool were a godsend in the QLD summer. Mei Mei and her family were such gracious hosts that went above and beyond to make our Christmas stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely recommend a stay here if you need somewhere to retreat during a hectic family holiday.

Spacious tidy 4 bedroom house with a lovely front balcony shaded with trees. The back balcony is quiet, private and has a nice breeze with a view of more trees. The kitchen had everything we needed and I enjoyed a lot of cooking and baking during our stay. The usual condiments were available plus tea, coffee and biscuits which is always a nice touch. Plenty of spare pillows, blankets and towels too. We have only good things to say about this house. The hosts were very responsive and proactive. There is a big park just down the road which is walking distance and which we frequented most afternoons. We would recommend this stay.

Michelle's place is like a home away from home, with everything you could think of provided. Even down to an electric beater used to make my daughter's birthday cake! It is cared for well, presented beautifully, and Michelle was always responsive and happy to help in any way that she could. Would definitely recommend for longer stays away from home.

Sonia’s Airbnb was at great location. Close to Brisbane city, local cafes, bars, resturants and IGA. Bed was very comfortable. Overall enjoyed my stay at Sonia’s Airbnb.

Both the place and the hosts were absolutely amazing. We genuinely loved everything about this property and staying here was the greatest experience. The hosts are sincerely beautiful and accommodating truly making this stay feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. 5 stars

My parents and I had a marvellous stay at Anissa’s well-considered and long-cultivated homespace highrise rental. The rooms and common spaces were well-curated with conveniences and beauty. For culinary-oriented folks, the kitchen is well equipped and provisioned. For techie-folk, there is an abundance of USB-based charging infrastructure. The only hiccup was a lift (elevator) that was out of order during our first 2 days. This was unforeseeable and no fault at all goes to Anissa. Additionally, Anissa had so many pro-tips (and has good taste). We ate at DooDee Boran which was next door and delicious. The City Botanic Gardens and all of the museums were either walkable or easily accessed via public transportation, ferry/CityCat, or rideshare app from where the apartment is located. I recommend this space for those who appreciate a host who has opened their home to you and cares about your experience while there.

Perfect Stay with Stunning Views and a Fantastic Host! We had an amazing stay at Chris's apartment! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city with the stunning river views, and the city lights at night. The apartment itself is well-equipped, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Chris was excellent—super responsive, friendly, and full of insights. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in the city.

Our stay was wonderful, very clean and beautiful environment, felt very comfortable. Many restaurants and shops all close by. Was provided with a folder describing the near by food places as well as more information about the stay and amenities. Very much worth the price and super happy with our time spent here.
