Was a great place to stay! Private parking in the back. Would stay again.

Awesome place! Very nicely decorated and we felt like it was an HGTV set. The area really felt like true local hometown living and it was a quiet neighborhood. The parking spot was a big plus, I’m from Hawaii and in neighborhoods like this, parking on the street can sometimes be encroaching as these generational neighborhoods can have unwritten rules of agreed upon street parking spots. All in all, I really felt at home and I wish I stayed one more night for the vibes.

Denis' house was beautiful and full of character. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were lots of toys and books for our daughter. His backyard is enclosed and great if you have pets. The neighborhood is walkable and close to the lovely amenities atwater village has to offer. Denis was an amazing communicator and extremely kind, he generously allowed us to overstay our visit due to the Altadena Wildfires. Great person, couldn't recommend more!

Excellent place, great for a big group. It's close to many LA attractions and there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Norvell was a great host, quick to respond. We highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Great space for larger party with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Private outdoor area was a bonus.

We went here as last minute evacuees and Sunny was so kind anc accommodating.She let us check in asap without us even asking. We felt safe and comfortable. We walked the quiet neighborhood with our dogs and everything was great. Thank you!

This is the second stay at this Woodland Hills house. It’s a good size and very clean. Nice laundry room and great jacuzzi. Extended our stay twice.

Very clean and Gina helped us get an early check in which was very appreciated with our early morning trip. The house had a great layout and our crew had a great time coming from Minnesota to enjoy the Rose Bowl!

beautiful extravagant home ! felt very peaceful , private and very comfortable for my guests and i . sergio was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had . the backyard is very inviting and pictures did no justice to how gorgeous it was in person . paradise . thank you again !

This house was the best! it was fully equipped with all the amenities. it was soo clean, no clutter, lots of towels, a full kitchen and so much more. the location was perfect. a 3 minute walk to Pico where all the restaurants and groceries are. Deborah was sooo accommodating. She was extremely fast in her response. We needed a hot plate and a water urn and within 30 minutes, she had dropped it off. This is by far the best airbnb we've ever been to.

Wow! We loved Stephen’s home. A beautiful location amd extremely responsive host. The thai meal that was cooked for us was the BEST we’ve ever eaten. Couldn’t recommend more highly amd hope to return soon ❤️

Five stars - There was a scheduling mix up over the holiday weekend with the cleaning service before we arrived but our host, Rachel, quickly came over with cleaning supplies in hand and took care of it all, making it really nice & clean for our weekend stay.

We were evacuated due to the fires in Los Angeles. Her guest house is absolutely adorable. A retro look-Nathalie didn’t miss anything. And we were so happy because she accepted dogs. We had to have them “but” there wasn’t any dog smell whatsoever. I would definitely recommend her little cottage and location to anyone!!!

Kathleen’s place in Burbank was the best, it is definitely a home away from home and a great place to crash with your family while traveling in Los Angeles!

This place was a fantastic get away from LA for me and my family. The amenities and location made this the perfect place for us to get some rest and rejuvenation. We are definitely coming back.

i have stayed in this incredible property- my favorite home in topanga- before, but this time i arrived during the wildfires and the area was evacuated. they were immediately responsive and concerned about safety and gave me a full refund. i hope that the house wasn’t destroyed and that everyone got out in time.

This was great for my family when we needed a place to stay for an LAX flight the next morning. It was clean and had a beautiful front yard. Lots of activities for young and old. Would stay here again.

After being there for a long term stay, it really felt like our home. It’s a beautiful home that’s clean, well presented, and filled with books to read, if only we had the time to read them! There were items in the kitchen for cooking, essentials for the bathroom, free internet, an iron, and if it wasn’t there, Kristina went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and more, we really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The location is closeby to grocery stores, the freeway, a park, a golf course and has street and driveway parking. Our dog is going to miss walking around the nearby park, with all the wildlife, and watching the people activity. Overall it’s been perfect for our family’s stay. THANK YOU for having us!!!

When my mom, our dogs, and I were evacuated during the Los Angeles fires with nowhere to go, a miracle led us to Jennifer’s home. During the most stressful time of our lives, not knowing whether our house had burned down, we found refuge in her cozy Airbnb. The space and neighborhood were perfect for my mom, our dogs, and me, but Jennifer herself was the true blessing. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed at every moment, making us feel completely at home. As evacuation orders were repeatedly extended, she stayed in close communication to ensure we could remain as long as necessary. Jennifer didn’t just shelter us with her kindness—she saved us during that terrifying ordeal. I cannot recommend this Airbnb more highly, and this experience will stay with me forever.

I loved staying here so much, and wow, sorry other hosts, but I've never had an AirBnB stay that measured up to "the Vine." Jennifer's gestures, thoughtfulness, amenities and extras made me feel like more like a welcomed friend than a guest! I'm super picky about the bed I sleep in and this one was perfect; stellar pillows, linens, duvet, actual bed itself. I didn't need a full kitchen and just used the kitchen nook for making coffee and tea and keeping some drinks cold in the refrigerator. The bathroom was awesome, the decor and taste was great. This will be the first place I check to see if I can stay on my future LA visits. Thank you for everything.
