Beautiful home, exactly as described and shown in pictures. Favorite part was having a promised area to park. House was very clean and organized. Host is very responsive and easy to get in touched with. Would highly recommend.

Maria’s place was great. It was very clean, smelt great, was cozy and she was very friendly and responsive. It was a peaceful and private vibe.

The location was amazing, right across the street from beautiful Santa Monica beach and Pier. Comfortable studio apartment in an older building but well maintained and very neat and clean. Sorry we could only stay one night. Would definitely go back.

Just a great place to stay right in the heart of downtown LA. The included parking is wonderful and the place is just as pictured. Bed and couch were nice and comfortable, and the view was great. Highly recommended.

This house is an amazing location and the views are spectacular. The house was so comfortable for our family of 5 and my sister in law. We enjoyed the porch and had plenty of room in the living room for family time. The kitchen is a gourmet huge kitchen with nice appliances. The master shower was a spa! 😂 steam shower with three heads. Beautiful views from the master bed when you wake up. Very close to the action and some great restaurants. We would stay here again on our next trip. Loved working with James, he was so responsive and helpful when we had questions. Great Host!

Veronica’s house was great for our family. It’s a funky layout with each bedroom located on separate floors but it worked fine for us. We would absolutely come back.

This is one of the nicest Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in! The hosts have designed and decorated it with intention and thoughtfulness and great attention to detail. The sheets are luxuriously soft; there is a basket filled with large towels placed by the sliding glass door on the way out to the pool and hot tub; the kitchen is very well equipped - enough that we were able to cook a Thanksgiving meal for 8 in it(!); there were umbrellas hanging for us because rain was forecasted; there was a bag of dog treats waiting for our dog! These are just some of the examples of Corey and Craig’s kindness. They were extremely responsive and accommodating. We look forward to staying at Hope House again, hopefully on our next visit to our daughter in Pasadena.

If you have not booked. Book right now!!!!! This house is so awesome! it really is a WOW view. The two master suites are just perfectly appointed. The suites both have private bathrooms. Such a cool location. Beds were very comfortable. Host has great amenities and is really nice to communicate with. Can't wait to visit again.

Great little bungalow in a nice central part of Culver. We found it fit all of our needs for a long work trip and really appreciated the back gated parking area as well. Would gladly return!

We had to find a place quickly due to the evacuation orders. We felt very fortunate to find this gem, centrally located, accessible, and in great condition. For families or groups, it is a great choice. A winning combination of accessibility, comfort and convenience in a prime location. We are locals and have been in many hotels and Airbnbs in the area over the years. This is one I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend this downtown LA space. Super safe and quiet building. Pristine apartment with everything you need for a short or extended stay. The host is super helpful and responds quickly and completely to inquiries. If this place is available on my next visit to LA I'm booking it first.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had flight and travel issues, but they were nothing but friendly, helpful, and understanding. Communication was excellent and they were extremely responsive. The space and location were amazing and exactly as described. The place was spotless and stocked with anything you would need. The location is perfect for beach time and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back!

Phillip's place is close to a lot of good restaurants. And we felt safe in the place. However, it is a little noisy at night because the place is close to the road.

I stayed here for a week and found the location so convenient. There's a grocery store and pharmacy nearby. The space itself was as pictured. The hosts were also great—super responsive and clear communication. I would stay here again when visiting the area!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
