This is my second time booking this place. One of my favourite airbnb in hyderabad.

We had a really good time at Mohan's place. The house was just 5 mins away from the main road, and the location was very accessible. Mohan's prompt communication was very commendable, we was always available online. Overall, it was a good and accessible place. Will visit again.

The service apartment is similar to what is shown in the pictures. The apartment is very clean and neat and provided all the required basic amenities. This place had Hassle-free check-in and check-out system. They have maintained the apartment very well. Families can also opt this place for their stays.

The apartment was perfectly located for my visit to friends from the society next door. The terrace at the top of the building is quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself had everything I needed for my short term stay. My very late check-in (midnight due to a delayed flight) was no problem at all. Communication was always helpful and friendly. Thanks for having me 😀

Great apartment near the main cultural centre. Apartment is as described. Not noisy despite it being in the centre. Great location, only a short walk to Charminar. Comfortable bed and the welcome addition of a smart TV. Flexible check in and check out with helpful building staff. Recommended Airbnb, a good balance of facilities and location.

It was a fantastic apartment! Huge with spacious hall, dining and bedrooms. Very well maintained with utmost cleanliness and beautiful cozy furniture and interiors. Price is a bit on the higher side, apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Mehdi was very responsive helpful and friendly. Flexible check-in was a bonus. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends as well.

Had a great stay there...They hosted us very well Location was a bit inside and felt difficult to reach..But all cabs are reachable.. we felt the hosts are very amicable and wanted to stay back some more days..Also, host said if cab is not on time, he ll drop us personally to the airport..Thanku so much for that aneel garu.. overall experience is very great and we would love to stay again

We stayed here for almost two months, the place is centrally located with lot of popular restaurants near by. The rooms are pretty big and maintained well. The host is really friendly and responsive.

Excellent place for staying with family. Very spacious and private. Responsive host. Lots of shopping around. Very accessible to travel to any part of the city. My children love to stay here. It has plenty of space if guests come around. The only inconvenience is lack of designated parking space and we have to use road side parking which is fine. Overall we all enjoyed the stay and left with good memories.

Nice stay, peaceful hangout place for friends

The place is well located, a few meters from the main road, and has all the amenities for an extended stay outside home. The place is super clean, well furnished with all the equipment needed, from bedsheets, towels to kitchen utensils. The host is always responsive, proactively prompting before check-in, following up after about the stay. Onsite maid is available, for a price, following up about any help needed. I have searched for similar accommodations around, that are half the size this place has and charge similar or more.

It was great experience, flat was nice with the view from balcony and the society was well maintained and early morning walk in society was memorable. Easy to checkin with parking. so many dishes stove and needy groceries available.

Omar is extremely responsive, he communicated well and provided clear instructions(location, check in etc). The property is very easy to locate, it is on a wide road in a good locality. Regarding the interiors, it is exactly how it looks in the photos. There is a lot of open space in the penthouse along with 3 bedrooms with washrooms attached in all three. There is a big smart TV in the drawing room with all the apps already installed. I would highly recommend this property to everyone, no complaints at all.

Amazing stay, very clean and well maintained.

We had an incredible time! the place is exactly as described. Would highly recommend, especially if you're coming in a group, there are enough activities to keep everyone engaged. Hosts were very helpful and responsive at all times to ensure we had a good experience during our stay.

At first, I wasn't sure if the place would be as good as it is in the pictures. We had an extremely comfortable stay at Abhimanika's place. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, reminiscent of 5-star hotel quality. Aamer was a great host, friendly and welcoming, made us feel right at home. We appreciated the little touches and the warm hospitality. Thanks for having us, Aamer - we would recommend this place to other for sure and it is going to be our go-to place.
