Had an amazing weekend, awesome property had everything and more, pool was awesome for the kids and so was the yard. David is an excellent host, had awesome communication, was also very understanding when I forgot something at the house. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

Such a beautiful place and John was super helpful with everything we needed. I even left our passports there and John was nice enough to look for them as soon as I remembered the next day and helped make arrangements to meet up with family to get them back to us. Would definitely stay there again as it is such a beautiful place with amazing views and has everything you could need for amenities.

We had an amazing stay in Russell, with the cottage conveniently located a short walk from town, restaurants and the ferry to Paihia. The air conditioner upstairs was great to cool down the bedrooms. The additional downstairs toilet / wet room / laundry worked very well with the children in and out of the pool several times per day. The shared swimming pool / barbecue area was a great space for the whole family. We will definitely be back - thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay with Liz. She welcomed us on arrival & made sure that we knew where everything was. We were invited to use their pool as well. She shared some fruit from the garden which was such a lovely gesture. She gave us really useful local information too. She was the perfect host during our stay & we loved the accommodation & its garden setting on their lovely home. If we ever return to New Zealand we will be back to enjoy their lovely hospitality.

Our stay at the Airbnb in Paihia was truly memorable. The space was not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. We loved how conveniently located it was, just a short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants. Our host was friendly and went above beyond to ensure we have everything we needed for comfortable stay. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy the stunning scenery of Paihia! Highly recommended place.

Great place to stay especially for bigger group like us (group of 10). House is neat and clean, not to mention the beautiful view from the balcony! Lance is also a very friendly and responsive host. The water pressure is a bit low but I understand that it’s to conserve water. Would still highly recommend this place.

What a great place! Photos don't do the house justice - it looks better in person. Home is nice and new, spacious with good room for a family. Everything was neat and tidy and the house had everything you needed - fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cooking and washing facilities, air conditioning, etc. Diane was a breeze to deal with, very responsive, helpful and friendly! We highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at Bobba’s Bach! The decor was so nice and the whole home was so well equipped for my family and I. It was the most peaceful, comfortable home and made our holiday. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Douglas's place. It is very close to the beach, has great views, and it's very clean and comfortable. If anything, the description and photos on Airbnb don't do it justice! It's really a perfect place for a holiday. Douglas (and his brother William) is an amazing host who took us on a successful kiwi spotting walk in our first night! Top class hospitality in a beautiful part of the world.

The farmhouse was beautifully maintained, with charming interiors that combined rustic charm with modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. The outdoor space was a highlight for the kids—they loved running around the garden and exploring nature. There were even toys and games provided, which kept them entertained for hours. My wife me and one child stayed and honestly seemed so large for only the 3 of us. The location and house were next level and to be able to just open the front door and walk down onto the beach was amazing. It reminded us of staying in a beach front home in Fiji that we have done numerous times. It’s the same but in our own country without having to fly to another country. We had a lovely stay at this property, which is conveniently located just a short distance from Kerikeri Township. The house itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the heat pump worked efficiently to keep the space cozy. We especially appreciated the TV with access to Netflix, which was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, our experience was positive, and we would recommend this property for those seeking a peaceful, well-located stay in Kerikeri.

The other reviews are spot on - Wonderful place Kay has. The dipping spot was delightful and we swam with New Zealand eels (friendly). The property is large and full of surprises. Loved the food garden too. Kay lets you recharge your electric car for free so that was nice too. Kitchen is very well stocked with oil, spices, great pots/pans,…. Mimiwhangatata beach (15km away on a dirt road) is definitely one of the nicest beaches in New Zealand, white sand, good swimming and snorkeling. The 4km hike there is just gorgeous. The local beach (Mimiha) is one 12 minute walk away (also very nice) though Russel Rd has a lot of cars so probably best to drive. Nearest dairy is in oakura (14km away) so shop before you come. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come again.

Tony’s place is a beautiful and well appointed home. It is spacious and the outdoor seating area is lovely. Cable Bay is a beautiful spot near some great beaches, walking trails, golf courses and vineyards. We were so comfortable there and wished we had a longer stay. Thanks so much

Home away from home. Lovely surroundings, set off the road & private. Good sized bedrooms, big bathroom and separate toilet, spacious kitchen & great indoor outdoor flow. Kitchen had everything we needed, large fridge etc. Our kids also enjoyed having the area in front of the garage to bounce the Basketball. The place looks better than the photos.

Francine’s house is located at a quiet residential area,five minutes drive to restaurants and shops. the rooms and bathrooms are specious, the deck is overlooking at a beautiful view of the forests very relaxing.Thank you Francie for your prompt response and the late check out. Francie we had a good time at your home however the stairs at the entry were challenging for my husband as he had difficulty going up and down the stairs, not suitable for people with disabilities. I should have checked that out .Highly recommend if the stairs are not an issue.

The place looks more like home than rental. The hosts were very helpful, going an extra mile to make sure we had an exceptional stay. Very much enjoyed it.

Total paradise with stunning views, a private beach and welcoming hosts. The accommodation was very comfortable with everything we needed, and did I mention the views? We stayed five nights with 2 adults and 4 children and even when the weather turned rough it was always a relaxing place to be. The beach was stunning, great for swimming, paddle boarding, snorkelling etc. There is a fairly steep bank to navigate to get down to the beach which is no problem for most but something to be aware of if you have mobility constraints. Thank you Marina and Tony for being such great hosts, we hope to be back one day.
