Cosy studio cottage ideal for a couple to get away from it all. Barnard Castle only 10/15 min drive away, is a lovely town to visit. Lots of pubs, shops and places to eat. Would recommend Babuls for a curry with a twist and the Three Horseshoes Hotel for good quality pub food. Weather was rubbish but we will be back to try out the nearby walks. Sue was helpful with her recommendations and the place was clean and bed very comfy.

We only stayed for one night but it was lovely and quiet and relaxing property. Easy to check in and everything was as described. Bed was really comfortable and property had everything you could need. The view from the patio doors was lovely even though it was winter when we stayed. So would be even better in the the summer. Pamela was very friendly and left us exact check in instructions and also lovely bread, milk, butter jam. It was lovely and warm and cosy and we would definitely stay again.

The loft was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Craig went out of his way to put salt on the steps before it snowed and then cleared them of snow first thing in the morning. There was also a pint of milk in the fridge which was very useful. We were only staying 2 nights but it is a beautiful area and would be worth staying longer. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Where to start! What a lovely cottage, every thing about it was perfect. Pristine cleanliness , amazing array of kitchen appliances and crockery etc, thoughtful gifts of wine biscuits and milk. Great recommendations from Bev about places to eat- and we did!! The decor and the dressing of Bluebell was stunning, really beautiful. We felt so much at home we were so sorry to leave. Bev kept in touch to make sure we were okay which was really thoughtful. I would re this cottage to every and will definitely return. Richmond is a great town and I still have a lot of restaurants to eat my way through! Thank you Bev.
