Spacious home and very convenient location! I grew up in Sarasota and felt right at home :) would definitely book here again.

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful & spacious. Plenty of furniture inside & out back.. The pool was sparkling clean & in great condition, like everything else at this property. We had the pool heated, which the kids loved, & we all spent lots of time hanging outside on the large lanai. Neighboring homes are right on top of the pool area, so definitely need to abide by the "quiet rules" at night. This was no issue for us... Kitchen space was amazing & very well-equipped. We made great use of the washer & dryer & the included laundry soap! The beds were very comfortable, although maybe soft for some people's taste. This place is very close to Anna Maria Island & Robinson's Preserve, which we all enjoyed going to. Overall, we loved our stay & the family time this home offered us. Would definitely recommend!

A perfect stay at beautiful Anna Maria Island. The hosts were extremely accommodating with everything. From the great pet policy to installing a new pool heater on the very first day, the hosts were responsive and friendly. The house is just as described, walkable to everything we wanted, and had everything we needed and more. We so appreciated the new beach chairs and pool heater. It was lovely to be able to swim in the cooler weather. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog and have the bayfront access directly across the back entrance. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wonderful house in the old section of Sarasota. Literally minutes from the airport and 1/2 mile to Asolo theater and the museums. Easy access to main streets. Clean and well equipped, with a handy book of instructions (I’m always surprised by how uncommon that is). Clara was flexible and helpful and always very responsive. 20 or so minute drive to a beautiful public beach with the most amazing sand (there might be other closer beaches), but we wanted to see this sand and the parking is very easy. Less than 10 min drive to lots of great local restaurants with easy street parking. Really fun mini golf 1/2 mile away. If we had reason to go to Sarasota in the future I would definitely stay here again.

I can truly say that it was one of the best places to stay. First thing that really impressed me is communication. Hosts are very friendly and always there for you. You’ll get the fastest response ever. Also the location is good. The place is located in nice and quiet neighborhood, beach is 10 minutes drive, restaurants 7 minutes drive, stores 4 minutes drive so basically everything is nearby. The place to stay is gorgeous, we were visiting as family of 6 and everybody was comfortable having their own space. Huge backyard so you can also spend time outside playing different games. I truly recommend this place to stay ❤️

We were new to Sarasota rental and came down for Christmas week as family of 5 (3 adult sons). The place was perfect fit. 2 baths/showers; pool and patio; 5 mins to plazas and 10 mins to key places. Roma was quick when we had questions. Will stay here again.

The place was comfortable and nice. The only thing is there is no tv in the bedrooms or ceiling fans but other than that I would defiantly stay here again!!

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family who was in town for my nieces wedding. Had all amenities needed. Comfortable. Great location.

We had a great stay at Birute’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, not far from beaches or downtown. Although the weather was too cold for a swim, the screened in pool area was really nice. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the mornings drinking coffee and watching the birds and ducks out on the pond. It was very peaceful and relaxing! Would definitely stay here again if traveling to Sarasota.

Extremely Peaceful neighborhood. Backyard was the best- pool, lanai, landscaping was most pleasant. Leslie had everything that you need and then some- a lovely welcome basket is the icing. Plenty of necessaries like paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, body wash- truly felt like a welcome guest. Also so close to downtown- a lot of plusses.

We really enjoyed our stay! Just a short trip across the bridge to the beach. Excellent location and it was nice to come back from the beach and unwind and relax in the pool. Everything that you need to cook with is also available. Great yard and bbq as well. Thanks again for a great stay

The house blew away our expectations. Was clean, kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed, beds were extremely comfortable and last but not least, the pool was simply amazing. My granddaughters were in when they got up, after the beach and then were spellbound in the evening when the pool lights came on. Roberto was extremely responsive and gracious. I've been renting houses for 40 years and this one was one of the best. Safe, peaceful and perfect for our family of 5 (plus our two small dogs). And easy access to whatever beach you wanted to go to. Roberto has thought of everything to make your stay perfect!

We felt right at home here. The house was easy to find and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Location was excellent as there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by. This home was spacious and had two seating areas; it was nice to be able to work quietly in the back room over looking the beautiful pool while my husband and son were able to watch a movie in a separate living room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning. Also, the beds were very comfortable. My son loved the game room! We really appreciated Randy’s hospitality. Thank you so much for a relaxing stay. A well deserved 5 stars all around.

Great home. Clean, nice pool, open floor plan, big master suite. Great for families and kids.

We loved Mario’s place. Great location on a quiet neighborhood street. Lots of places to walk my dog. House was extremely clean which is most important to me. Lots of linens provided. Really appreciated the soap provided in the bathrooms, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Also had some coffee for our first morning so after a long drive we didn’t feel like we needed to run to the store. Beds were super comfy. Weather was not warm enough for the beach but chairs, wagon and cooler all provided. Also two bikes. Backyard was beautiful with a nice seating area and pool. Very well maintained. Thank you so much! We hope to be back next year!

Coastal Charm in the City delivered a cozy retreat for a couple days of rest & relaxation. The space looks just like the pictures and fits a surprising amount of amenities in a small space. We enjoyed the couch and ceiling fan, and made use of the electric kettle and toaster. A small bathroom and only 1 sink shared with the kitchen actually worked just fine. Erinn also was kind enough to let us know we could check in an hour early, which was a blessing.

The hosts were very accommodating and made efforts to get us in early seeing as we were displaced from hurricane Helene. They were great communicators and the place looks exactly as described.

We loved our stay here--especially the pool! For a family visiting from the northeast, having a lovely and clean backyard with a pool was very special. The house is clean and comfortable, lots of great small touches like supplying both swim and bathroom towels, dishwasher and washing machine soap, a nice clean kitchen with a generous assortment of supplies. Comfortable sofas in the living room, good beds and pillows. Quiet area. We loved it. Thanks so much!

Very sunny, peaceful house in a cute neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Couch was cozy at night. Pool was big enough for me and my husband. Host was very responsive which is always nice. I would recommend.

Booked last minute for me and my parents. Scott was very kind and helpful while also being proactive in helping us book last minute. Pool and tiki bar was great and private while relaxing. We walked to the beach and downtown every day/ night. Definitely would stay again!

Great space, well laid out, and charmingly decorated in mid-century style. My family had a very nice time gathering here for Thanksgiving, enjoying the pool and a meal and quality time together. Caroline was helpful, had loads of recommendations, and answered in a timely manner. The place had personality and was spotless. It wasn’t hot, but that didn’t stop the kids from spending hours in the pool. We’d stay here again.

We had a great family trip! Definitely will go back!
