Condo holiday rentals in Manatee River

The condo was lovely, all of the furniture was comfortable and lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking equipment and plenty of dishes and glasses. The beds were comfortable and linens very nice. The location was really good, close to Publix and short drive to restaurants. Short walk to the beach. We have stayed in many different homes and condos on Anna Maria over the past 15 years and this one rates as one of the top . The only drawback for us was climbing the stairs as we are past 70 now and not as nimble as we used to be😬. Brian was a great host! We highly recommend this condo!

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. Monica is an excellent host who's condo felt like Home the moment I stepped inside. It has a very warm and welcoming energy, and the vaulted ceilings give the space an airy and open feel. This is the second time I've stayed at Monica's and her attention to detail makes the place cozy and comfortable. Shorewalk is in a great location - the complex is quiet, safe and convenient with natural views of trees, wildlife, and water, and the view from Monica's lanai is the best in the complex. It's a quick drive (minutes) to Sarasota Bradenton airport, IMG Academy, the beach, and downtown Bradenton. I've thoroughly enjoyed both times I've stayed, and I'm looking forward to staying there the next time I'm in the neighborhood. Monica is an amazing person and an excellent communicator, and I highly recommend her home away from home for your next getaway; for a few days, weeks or months. It is my first choice when I'm working in the Bradenton area, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The pool and hot tub were close by (the kids loved that) and the walkway to the beach was a huge plus. The place itself was just as described. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking with John again if we decide to visit Siesta Key.

We loved our time at Samuel's condo! The space was spacious, nice and clean, and the view is spectacular! Our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Helene but the 4 nights we spent there were perfect! We can't wait to return!

Would absolutely stay here again! The views were beautiful and gorgeous from the condo, even the view from the parking garage was amazing. Right in the center of a lot of things to do, peaceful and super clean. The host was amazing at communication and was super helpful throughout the stay, really went above and beyond!!

Sandra and Shawn were extremely kind and responsive hosts and made sure we were always well taken care of. The place is nice enough and conveniently located close to St Pete (about 10mins) though at a lower price point than if you were to stay directly in the city. The area is walkable, though it’ll will take you about 30 mins to get to the cute downtown area. Overall great experience with Sandra and Shawn!

I rented this for my family to celebrate some birthdays with some peace and the beach, the area was perfect across from the beach, Publix within walking distance, close to some really good restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 and dog friendly. We loved that the building only has about 10-12 units and made our pool visits feel more private. When we checked in the front desk was very nice and they recommended some spots nearby. Our kids really liked the inflatable park nearby as well. We are already planning our next stay. This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic place. We have stayed at a ton of places, this was the best, most intuitive and well appointed pad. Great kitchen with all the basics and more. Great views and super quiet. My only reservation is providing such a stellar review will mean this place is unavailable when I need to next visit Sarasota. Mean it!

My family and I were very comfortable in the condo during our week. It was roomy enough for the five of us and everything we needed was there. We loved the condo’s beachy decor and having two screened in porches. The short walk to the beach was not bad. It only took us a few minutes to get there. The host was very friendly and responsive, plus gave suggestions of restaurants, etc. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The host was not responsive during our stay but overall the condo and outside amenities ie pool and yard were well taken care of and had all the extras that were needed to make the stay very enjoyable. The streets were still being cleaned up from the hurricanes but this property has been cleaned inside and out and is very relaxing oasis

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

Helena’s place was the perfect location and had a beautiful view overlooking the intercoastal. We loved being able to walk across the road to the beach or hang by the water along the intercoastal. We asked for a baby crib or pack and play and there was a brand new one there for us when we checked in. There were lots of beach supplies, as well! We forgot our baby monitor camera and Helena responded quickly when we asked her if she could send it to us. We did let Helena know the bed was quite uncomfortable— the middle was hard and you rolled to the very outside edges. Hopefully that gets addressed soon! Another small note was that the couch did not face the TV & was a little small/uncomfortable for 2 adults who had no where to go when their baby was sleeping. Also it should be mentioned that both elevators were out and the unit is on the 3rd floor, which was hard with a lot of luggage. Overall, the place was clean, stunning views, and Helena was a very responsive and helpful host.

The number one thing is that this has a beautiful view of the water out of the living room sliding glass door/window. The living room is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional to take care of yourself. The washer/dryer work well and have good capacity. Probably the only complaints are the parking is somewhat limited especially for a large SUV. The TV is not a "Smart" TV so I had to go out and buy a Roku to be able to watch shows. I never figured out how the cable worked. One can hear the road noise from the causeway, but surprisingly, it didn't keep anyone awake. Richard is easy to work with and responded fast to our numerous questions. I look forward to staying there again.

This was a great stay !! The location very convenient ! Very nice and place ! Has 2 bathrooms ! Access to the back yard with a nice pond view ! It has balls and games for the family to use ! And chairs to take to the beach ! Will be back ! Totally recommend !

Great place to stay! It was a very safe community with nice extras and was pretty close to the beaches. So nice to have the extra beach supplies to go shark tooth hunting at Caspersen Beach. The condo was clean and spacious.

What a beautiful place … right across the beach; 20 minutes walk to Smuggler’s Cove; 20 minutes walk to John’s Pass … very clean condo with all the amenities needed; if needed there’s an air fryer, blender and coffee machine! Would definitely recommend; beach is beautiful and right across Caddy’s!
