Holiday rentals with beach access in Malay

THE BEST! If you're looking for a new vibe going to Boracay, I highly recommend Ryan's place. Everything was so smooth and easy, from booking, to check-in up to check-out. Ryan is very accommodating. What I really loved about the place despite staying for only one night, it gave me the total experience I was looking for. The place was situated in high place which is very peaceful, plus you'll have a neighbor monkey 🐒 who'll visit you from time to time 😂. It is very near to Puka Beach which is very convenient. It's my second time already doing hotel hopping in Boracay and staying on this place is a MUST. Everything in the room was complete, couldn't ask for more. There's also a 🛁 if you wanted to be refreshed after flight. It's not that near to the Station 2 but it's easy to go there given there are e-trics everywhere when you go out of the place. It's perfect for family getaway, and there's also an infinity pool. It's not just a one night stay for me, it's a total experience. ❤️🦭

We stayed in the room for 30 days and we enjoyed everything. The room is very spacious and clean. The little kitchen has everything needed to cook food even the frying pan had seen better days. Food we fry get easy stucked but no big deal. The bathroom is nice with okey water pressure. No problem if you like warm water. One little thing is lack of a lamp above the mirror. Hard to see when you shave when dark outside. The balcony is big with a great view over the ocean and with a small table and chairs. We had breakfast there ever morning and also many dinners and we really love sitting there. The bed is big and cozy. No problem at all with the signal to WiFi. The router is in the room. Good speed also. Ivy and Dennis is great landlords. Super nice and friendly and always helped out when we asked for things. Have in mind there are quite many steps up to the room. We have been staying here two times and we will for sure return again.

Joey is a good host. she was accommodative for my early checkin and was prompt to respond always. Will visit again. The room was clean and the wifi fast. nothing much to complain other than the fact that the TV seems slow. But that's not important at all. We highly recommend Joey.

This house was awesome! Our group of 9 slept comfortably. The staff, Elena in particular, was so helpful and friendly. The house itself had a good view and super clean bathrooms and kitchen. They provided beach towels for us and the van rides were incredibly helpful. A little farther to the beach than we expected, but definitely walkable.

We had a great time at the apartment which is very well located with a very nice interior, with everything you need in it. Residence guarded at the entrance, very close to the D Mall, 2 minutes walk. About 20 minutes by trike from the port. To arrive in Boracay, take from Caticlan airport one van: 100 pesos per person (regulated), allow 1/2 hour to arrive at the port of Caticlan. Then take a ticket for the ferry to Boracay (about 500 pesos per person ticket and taxes included). Very many departures. About 1/4 hour crossing. To get from the port to the city take an e-trike (200 pesos for 2). Just say Scandi, the drivers are familiar with the address. We found a great beach in Diniwid beach. We highly recommend Pekka's place 👍

Finally found the perfect unit when travelling to Boracay. This place has everything I needed - comes with complete appliances for cooking, washing machine and fridge, water gallon, 2 extra sofa beds (which was perfect for my group btw since there are 4 of us) plus 2 e-scooters to explore the city - this one is the highlight. Also love the hosts, the property manager Ms Anne and the receptionist Ms Sharon, their soo accomodating and extra kind. Thank you so much for lending us your place, it was so beautiful. Will definitely stay here on our succeeding trips.

Great place to stay for a peaceful vacation. As advertised, Diniwid Beach is just a few minutes walk from the property and Station 1 could be accessed from Diniwid Beach though a lighted pathway. The rooms were properly maintained, spacious, and clean. Basic toiletries and towels are also provided. Units with kitchen have kitchenware and dinnerware available for use. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The host was responsive to queries as well. Wifi is available, and the property is backed-up with a generator. Over-all, a place you can highly recommend.

This place was amazing and was really spacious. Me and my family stayed here to prep for my wedding and they all agreed the it was bigger than they anticipated. Definitely would recommend and stay at this place again. Mar our host was great and we had no problems with communications and even helped with private transfers so that we could arrive at the location safely and without any hassle. If you're looking to get away from the busy areas of Station 2 and want to spend time in Station 1 with a large group, this is the place to stay.

the place is far from the crowd so it is suitable for those of you who want to enjoy a rest at night, the house keeper is very friendly he offers a spa, one thing I like the most is the bedroom, it is very romantic especially for couple

A lovely, spacious home in a great location, as well as a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the hustle of the main Boracay beach. The roof top deck was a favourite spot. As the listing states, there are lots of steps and the ones leading to the house (as well as to the beach) were a bit tricky, so just be aware of that if you have mobility issues or young children. We loved our stay there. The housekeeper Marylou and manager Peter were very helpful :-)

Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything you need. Great view of all the kite surfers. Would recommend.

literally 1 minute walk to the beach. Staff were so friendly and helpful with all our needs. place was very clean. we had a group of 12, 5 rooms total. it is perfect for large families like us, or just a couple on romantic getaway. We would highly recommend this place and we will definitely book again when in Boracay.!!! Thanks guys !!

Iris is very responsive. She has connections on the island that made our travel very convenient. We didn't have to worry about our transportation from the Airport to the Listing, since there's someone waiting for us when we landed at the airport. She's also very considerate with our requests during our stay. Over all, everyone was great, even the caretaker. We enjoyed the stay as much as we enjoyed the whole experience in the island. Hope to be back soon.

Len’s place was very nice. It was beautifully decorated and fully furnished. It was clean and comfortable. There are 2 Air-con units that keep the unit cool. The Hop-on Hop-off bus makes it easy to get around the island. The on-site pool is easily available for guests to use. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others without hesitation.

JJ's place was awesome! Communication with JJ was quick and responsive. They made sure I had everything I needed for the duration of my stay. All in all, everything was great!

Our family had a truly memorable staycation in Sir Dindo's Boracay condo. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the pool, view and private beach. Sir Dindo was an exceptional host; he was always quick to respond to our messages and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable Boracay getaway!

Everything was just perfect! The location was excellent, the WiFi was fast, and the living room was spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a large, nice balcony. The clean swimming pool and 24-hour security added to the experience. The staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Mr. Ben's place is very spacious. It can accomodate like 6 guests but we're only couple. It has great amenities and very clean. Such a cold AC and fast wifi. We love the paradise beach near the flat. Overall, it was amazing stay! We love it so much. Thank you Mr. Ben for adding wonderful experience in our Boracay trip. 💕

Pretty good place to stat close to Station 2 D’mall very accessible to all places.

If you want a spotlessly clean, secure, value for money and aesthetically furnished accommodation in a quiet, beautiful location in Boracay, it doesn’t get better than this. The icing on the cake was having Rob as our host. Rob was always helpful, super prompt to respond, warm in his approach and genuinely caring. Overall, we had a fantastic time at his place.
