Monthly Rentals in Makronissos Beach

It was adorable experience with Beatrice and Patrick, the most experienced hosts I ever met. They were super responsive and helpful, helped with every question I raised, send full description how to reach apartment from Larnaca airport, send bus schedules. Beatrice met me in person. I booked my stay for 1 month in December, the Christmas tree was decorated, it gave an amazing atmosphere. Host also brought a big present on Christmas, it is touched my heart. - In the bath it was full bottles of everything. - On the kitchen was new jars with salt, pepper, oil and balsamic and everything for cooking, coffee maker, toster, microwave, oven. - The wifi is strong, good for remote work. - Pillows and bed are comfortable. - Near the flat there are few supermarkets, big one as Metro or Lidl in 6 km. Wolt delivery is working really great. The one small minus I noticed, it is no soundproofing from the corridor, but in the bedroom it is great. It was my best experience, so I plan to come back.

True 5* listing, the photos are 100% accurate. We enjoyed 10 days at the villa late October/early November and the heated pool was a THE gamechanger. If we ever come back to Ayia Napa, Anthony's villa is the place to stay.

The Marios place was great for a stay in Paralimni. The apartment is large and spacious, view is lovely and better than the photo (we had beautiful moon rises to the east), kitchen appliances are helpful and bed comfortable. The area was extremely close to the beach, some good bars and restaraunts, and close/far enough from the choas of the really touristy areas. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My stay was for two months, and I am very happy to have been here. Olga was attentive from start to finish, with excellent communication, advice, and solutions for any issues. Thank you for everything! For those planning to visit, the apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located near the beach, supermarket, gym, lovely beach walks, cafes, and restaurants. Whether for a short or long stay, it's perfect with buses just a minute away. A 10 out of 10 place!
