Monthly Rentals in Mainz

Tobias’ charming Airbnb was perfect for us! This newly renovated, sparkling clean apartment is in the heart of the suburb of Mainz-Gonsenheim. We enjoyed the excellent public transportation and the free covered parking spot. Breite Straße offers a fantastic selection of bakeries, a butcher shop, various retail stores, pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants - all within walking distance. We especially loved the “Bürgerhof” (on the ground floor of the same building) with its friendly and welcoming atmosphere and its delicious choices of traditional German fare! At night, the surroundings were peaceful and quiet and we appreciated the comfortable bed. Tobias is an incredibly attentive and responsive host. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had a pleasant stay at Martin's place. The apartment was very quiet and very clean. Everything that is needed is available in the kitchen and in the apartment. Communication with Camille was very kind and straightforward. Due to a construction site with us in the house, we had stayed at Martin's apartment. This was very relaxing.

The stay in Mainz at Manuel and Romi's house was great. The apartment is complete, the bed is very comfortable. It is in a very central area but at the same time quiet. Manuel and Romi were very friendly and any questions I had answered it quickly. My stay was a two month. I highly recommend it. If I went to Mainz again, I would contact this apartment again.
