Stayed here with family ( 7 adults+ 4 kids) ...for the Diwali weekend and also a celebration of my parents 51st wedding anniversary ..it was their 1st visit to Goa in their life. the home, Raj ( coordinator) , Vimal (cook) and staff Amit n Maya..took care of very well...They also helped us make a nice barbeque night... overall a wonderful experience.... oh yes.. Snowey, rani and mango ..the pets became family for us..

I had a fantastic stay at this Property! The residential property is in a great location, surrounded by lush green paddy fields—a truly serene and picturesque setting. The pool is sparkling clean and perfect for a relaxing dip. The property is peaceful, located on the ground floor, and offers decent amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to guide us with anything we needed. Plus, it's conveniently close to many local Goan restaurants. a wonderful, large garden with many nooks and spots to relax, eat, exercise, dance, have bonfires and so on. The home itself is gorgeous, very well kept with amenities (great tub!). If you carry a pen drive/ hard drive with music/ movies, can easily link up to the central tv system. The caretakers were very generous and went out of their way to help us a few times. Id never recommend alibag for the beaches, but the quietly luxurious homes, sounds of birds and lush trees around which temples are built really do a soul some good. We carried tonnes of our own food, and the kitchen was equipped enough to handle it. Hot and fantastically made wada pavs arent ever too far either!

The place was amazing and same as it was shown in the picture .Mr. Sanket was extremely helpful and took care of all our needs at the property . Me and my family had a wonderful time there , we will surely visit again .

I stayed at the flat hosted by Sunil during my Mumbai visit. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities. Checkin and checkout was really smooth. It is safe place if you are coming with family. Will definitely choose this place if I have to visit Mumbai again.

We had a great stay. Peaceful neighbourhood. The house is very thoughtful and put together with all the amenities Accessible to many restaurants, walkable, lots of things to do nearby. Would definitely come back again!

Great place. Timely cleaning. Located in a nice quiet place, yet close to great restaurants and cafes.

I was looking for a place in or near Andheri. This place topped my list due to: 1BHK, within a gated community, food/grocery delivery was easy, attendant was responsive and kept the place clean, AC is serviced and well kept, Washroom is very clean with hot water access and so on. Furthermore, the host kept in touch daily and ensured that the stay was satisfactory. Will book again for sure!

Abhijay is a large airy and bright bungalow with a great view. It feels like how a home should with personal details and some rough edges. There’s plenty of room for a large group and it is a fairly comfortable space. The terraces and rock garden are standouts. The garden is landscaped with a lot of attention to detail and you can comfortably spend a couple of hours discovering its treasures. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials, crockery, and tableware. The only issue you might have (as a large group) is the number of washrooms. There are only two, but you know that going in. Overall, we had a great time. Vaijayanti is a warm and communicative host. Highly recommend!

Staying at Ajay Uncle’s place was a wonderful experience. The homestay was clean, well-organized, and hosted by a responsive and friendly team. It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful design and excellent management. It’s an ideal spot for both friends and family. Sujata Aunty, the cook, prepared delicious Maharashtrian meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone made us feel so welcome. One of the highlights of the stay was a long, engaging conversation with Ajay Uncle—it’s something you definitely shouldn’t miss. He’s such a fascinating person. Overall, I loved the stay, the people, and the area!

Arwa's place was a great choice for our 3-night stay in Pune. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and had a lovely terrace area perfect for relaxing. The rain shower was a luxurious touch. Arwa was a fantastic host, providing clear instructions and communicating promptly. The location was ideal, with easy access to Uber rides, numerous dining options, and a grocery store right next door. The apartment felt safe and secure. The only minor issue we encountered was the noise from the bedroom fan at higher speeds. However, the air conditioning worked well and provided a comfortable alternative. We also appreciated the functional kitchen and access to filtered drinking water. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

This place is excellent for those looking out for a sundowner experience, a villa on a hillock. the interiors were beautiful. You need to connect with the caretaker at least two days in advance if you have any specific food requirements as this place is far from the market area. The villa exterior looks very old , I think for the price paid this should be taken care of. we loved the gazebo area which is the best place just to sit and lie down on the charpai (beadstead/cot) , and enjoy the sea breeze in the afternoon, followed by sunset. The caretaker was very good and ensured amazing food service, simple, yet very tasty, they gave us both konkan and Rajasthani cuisine. Overall a great place with minor things to be taken care of by the host.

The stay was relaxing and comfortable. Place has two large bedrooms and a massive verandah, with an attached pantry. The pool is huge and was very clean. Place has character with a chill vibe. Great collection of books and some board games that helped unwind. The entire property is larger than most BnBs that I've seen, if you count the lawn, pool, plantation around, etc. In fact we were wishing there were more rooms to help plan another trip with the extended family. The staff is very polite, helpful, and accommodating of requests. Meals were a good spread, with options to pick from. Bit away from civilisation (thankfully) as most places around are farms, so network can be a bit flaky at times, but there's wifi! Would highly recommend for a chill, stay-in and do nothing kind of a holiday.

Very comfortable stay. Spacious and well-maintained. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. In a peaceful, green compound. Felt very safe. Stayed with senior citizens and found restaurants nearby. Easy to get taxis and food delivery from apps. Definitely recommend!

Peter and Nirmal(the caretaker) ensured that we felt comfortable throughout the whole journey- right from the booking stage till we checked out from the property. Peter has built this property with a lot of love- it shows in the design, furniture pieces and even the cutlery pieces!:) Nestled right on the banks of the Chapora river- this is away from the usual hustle and bustle of the Goan tourist circuit. Come with the right expectations and you will be floored. A must visit experience for all folks who have done the usual things in Goa before.

The staycation felt extremely cosy and welcoming! Peaceful environment, clean spacious rooms, great hospitality of staff and beautifully maintained space. Loved the artefacts that enhance the beauty of the place even more. The provision of hammocks, swimming pool and walks along the greenery made my day. Me and my group enjoyed the place. Also the hosts were proactive in helping us with suggestions for places to visit and make our journey even more enjoyable. Food arrangement was delicious and reflected the beauty of maharashtrian cuisine that we were looking for!! Thank you Revathi Vilas's team for making our stay a memorable one!!
