The place was perfect, it had all that I needed and Monique was awesome to deal with, very pleasant and helpful when needed! Smooth check in, very clean and private. Great quiet and safe location. Would recommend!!!

I wanted my family to experience the area and hopefully some Cajun culture b/c they only know the NO city areas. I've always wanted to stay at what locals refer to as a "camp" - recreational house on pilings, so I reserved this one. Ida was the best host I've had since using Airbnb. We had major a major car problem on the way down to LA, which delayed our arrival a day. Then, at the tail end of our stay we all came down with a 24hr bug. Ida went above and beyond regarding both incidents!! She even offered to make a store run for us when we were sick. The camp was impressively clean. Our bed was very comfortable. Favorite feature - jacuzzi!! Screened porches - great to entertain family from Covington. Comfortable reclining chairs. Woke up to sounds of nearby roosters & wildlife. Fishing at Pointe Aux Chen: C'est bon! - spectacular! I wish we could've stayed longer to use the grill and even do a crawfish boil! I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back!! This place was a perfect little spot for my visit. Everything was clean and neat, and the owner thought of everything. We had everything we needed and even some things for convenience such as a sound machine in the bedroom. Timothy was very responsive, communicated clearly and was very kind. The only thing that was a little difficult was the constant speeding traffic all day every day. It was not ideal for children wanting to play. However, I will happily stay here again. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
