Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Magnetic Island

Cute little island hut with lots of clever additions to turn it into a tropical oasis. The outdoor shower/s were definitely a highlight. The indoor kitchen was fully equipped with great appliances and space to gather. The outdoor kitchen and bbq area was another creative addition that added to its island charm. It was also a 5 minute walk to the Horseshoe Bay beach front with it's restaurants, convenience store, ice cream and patrolled beach. A delightful, home away from home. Thank you Brett and Janelle.

We were 6 friends to go to magnetic island for the weekend and the apartment was great for our stay. Everything was very convenient (kitchen etc.) and it was very comfy. It is well located, picnic bay is very quiet and there is a bus stop next to the apartment to go anywhere else on magnetic island. Susan wasn’t there, however, she was very helpful with her messages prior our arrival and she answered quickly and kindly to our messages as well. To sum it up, a great place to stay at magnetic island!

Quite expensive, but a cute house. Lovely gardens and outdoor space. All you need for a weekend getaway, or longer.

The home was lovely, bright and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay 😊 Great location, close to the strand, coffee shops, and a plethora of activities! Very child/family friendly. One of the selling points for our family was the coffee machine and grinder shown in the listing photos (we are avid coffee drinkers/barista) but we were sadly disappointed when arriving to find a very budget coffee machine in its place. We ended up buying coffee every morning 😬 Room and bedding configuration was great, beds themselves are very squeeky (master and adjoining room) and could do with attention (frames tightened? Screws tightened? Mattress?) Kitchen is very well appointed. With younger kids, we cooked every night and I had everything I needed at my finger tips. Plenty of cutlery, plates, bowls and utensils. Fantastic array of condiments for use (oil, salt, pepper, seasoning etc) Host was very responsive, communicated well and addressed any concerns immediately. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful home perfectly located in Townsville. Lovely owners extremely accommodating with great communication and recommendations for the area. Home has absolutely everything you need plus access to the hotel pool behind the house and gym in town. Definitely recommend. Thank you for our wonderful stay 🙂

Lighthouse was amazing to stay at. Great location and view. The apartment had everything we needed and the hosts were easy to get onto. It was comfy and clean. A great place to stay.

Allison is a wonderful host, nothing is too much. A great place that is central to what we needed. Supermarket, restaurants close by. Definitely recommend this host and air bnb. Would stay again.

We would totally recommend this property, lovely vibes as soon as you walk into the spacious living, kitchen area. We loved the kitchen, plenty of room for a couple of cooks. The 3 bathrooms worked a treat, the main ensuite is amazing. We made good use of the lovely shaded pool, perfect for the Townsville summer. We have had a perfect relaxing break, the house was very easy to keep clean and tidy, we will definitely stay again on our next break up North.

Our accommodation was clean, comfortable and all that was advertised.

Brandi was a responsive and generous host. The little unit has everything you need and more with eggs in the fridge, lock up car port and laundry facilities. Perfectly positioned between the Hospital/University precinct and Townsville city. Made my trip to Townsville easy. Cheers, Sue

Very cozy 1 bedroom for 1 or 2 people … I was there with a friend and we had it good. A nice and clean place that offered everything we needed. We text the host once as there was not any body wash and shampoo left with some cleaning stuff for the kitchen, and even tho it’s not mandatory to supply the shampoos we still got it within a short time with a bag of chocolates 🍫😇 We had our own garage with roller door too 👍🏼 It was a pleasant stay thank you a lot.

I would like to thank Brandi for my time of stay I love the house felt like I had a lot of privacy easy access she checking in on us I liked had the best sleep and relaxed outside on the Patio everything about it was amazing I recommend anyone who wants to come to Townsville worth the money hands down Easy check in Appreciate this greatful for the memories I now have. god bless

We had a very comfortable stay ,and having a small dog it was ideal . Very convenient and had what we needed.

Melissa’s place was great. Exactly as shown in the pics. The place was spotless and well equipped. A nice quiet neighbourhood and plenty of places to take the dog for a walk. Melissa was awesome to deal with. Very quick to reply. I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending it to others. It is only a short drive into town and the sights. Thanks Melissa.
