The lovely chilled out house made for a really relaxed and comfortable stay. Was really well stocked. We had a great stay thanks.

We were 6 friends to go to magnetic island for the weekend and the apartment was great for our stay. Everything was very convenient (kitchen etc.) and it was very comfy. It is well located, picnic bay is very quiet and there is a bus stop next to the apartment to go anywhere else on magnetic island. Susan wasn’t there, however, she was very helpful with her messages prior our arrival and she answered quickly and kindly to our messages as well. To sum it up, a great place to stay at magnetic island!

Quite expensive, but a cute house. Lovely gardens and outdoor space. All you need for a weekend getaway, or longer.

The home was lovely, bright and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay 😊 Great location, close to the strand, coffee shops, and a plethora of activities! Very child/family friendly. One of the selling points for our family was the coffee machine and grinder shown in the listing photos (we are avid coffee drinkers/barista) but we were sadly disappointed when arriving to find a very budget coffee machine in its place. We ended up buying coffee every morning 😬 Room and bedding configuration was great, beds themselves are very squeeky (master and adjoining room) and could do with attention (frames tightened? Screws tightened? Mattress?) Kitchen is very well appointed. With younger kids, we cooked every night and I had everything I needed at my finger tips. Plenty of cutlery, plates, bowls and utensils. Fantastic array of condiments for use (oil, salt, pepper, seasoning etc) Host was very responsive, communicated well and addressed any concerns immediately. Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay, we have stayed there before and it was just as lovely. Everything is as described. The view is wonderful and it was very peaceful. Jacki was a great help and very quick to respond.

Beautiful home perfectly located in Townsville. Lovely owners extremely accommodating with great communication and recommendations for the area. Home has absolutely everything you need plus access to the hotel pool behind the house and gym in town. Definitely recommend. Thank you for our wonderful stay 🙂

Allison is a wonderful host, nothing is too much. A great place that is central to what we needed. Supermarket, restaurants close by. Definitely recommend this host and air bnb. Would stay again.

We would totally recommend this property, lovely vibes as soon as you walk into the spacious living, kitchen area. We loved the kitchen, plenty of room for a couple of cooks. The 3 bathrooms worked a treat, the main ensuite is amazing. We made good use of the lovely shaded pool, perfect for the Townsville summer. We have had a perfect relaxing break, the house was very easy to keep clean and tidy, we will definitely stay again on our next break up North.

Our accommodation was clean, comfortable and all that was advertised.

The accomodation was beautifully presented with lots of little welcoming touches. There was plenty of space and thoughtful additions to make our stay memorable. It was exactly what we hoped it would be and more! Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely a 5-Star Stay! Staying with Elisabeth and her family was truly the best experience we could’ve asked for. They were incredibly generous, warm, and welcoming—so much so that I honestly consider them like family now. I didn’t want to leave! The guest suite was flawless in every way. From the thoughtful floor plan and cozy cloud-like bed to the luxurious linens, widescreen TV, and a relaxing bathtub—it felt like pure comfort. We also had access to full laundry facilities, a stunning pool, and a beautiful outdoor entertaining area that made our stay feel like a five-star resort with all the warmth of home. We were completely overwhelmed—in the best way—by how comfortable and at-home we felt. Thank you, Elisabeth and Dylan, for such an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay with family and/or friends, and the dogs can come too. Such a great place for relaxing by the pool with the kids - highly recommend

Responsive host Carolyn makes booking and arriving a breeze. Unit is clean, cool, comfortable and private in a quite setting. BUT. a great location with so much on-hand and to offer. TSV FNQ done well.

We only got to stay for one night but we enjoyed our time at Sher’s place but we wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin was roomy and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans, plates, and utensils you need. Overall, it was comfortable and enjoyable to be there. The koala across the street, and many others not far away are fun to see too.

Melissa’s place was great. Exactly as shown in the pics. The place was spotless and well equipped. A nice quiet neighbourhood and plenty of places to take the dog for a walk. Melissa was awesome to deal with. Very quick to reply. I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending it to others. It is only a short drive into town and the sights. Thanks Melissa.
