Monthly Rentals in Magalang

The place was just as charming as the photos! Our host and caretaker were incredibly nice and made us feel right at home. It really felt like great value for money! Plus, having a 7-11 nearby was super convenient, and we loved being able to buy fresh veggies from the market down the road. The only concern we encountered was that some of the pots, pans, and utensils had a few stains when we arrived. Also, the shower head in one of the bedrooms was a bit clogged, so the water pressure wasn't the strongest. But honestly, everything else was wonderful! We had a fantastic stay!

This is our second time booking in Casa Rosenda and again, it did not disappoint! The place had a large open area that fit 6 cars (you can also use this area to do outdoor activities), the pool was just right, and the amenities were all complete. Place was very spacious and also we felt comfortable laughing out loud (we were a group of 15) because the place was pretty private. 100/100 will recommend! Would like to commend the caretaker of the place. She was always very responsive and even went out of her way to provide us towels even if it was already late. Something that guests must note though, that you do have to make sure you've done your groceries before coming here. Groceries are not walkable... but we did see some tricycles that can take you to groceries.

We enjoyed staying in your place, especially the kids. We have all the things that we need and Kuya Richard is also helpful and proactive. Sa uulitin po! :)

Very peaceful place. Room and other amenities are clean. Worth the money and absolutely will come back to try the fresh water pool.
