Very thoughtful and responsive. You can't find a better place to watch the sunrise. The villagers were so nice and made us feel welcomed.

LOVED staying here! Waking up to endless fields right outside the window felt like a fairytale 🌟. The house was cozy and peaceful—perfect for escaping the city noise. Woon and his wife were incredibly welcoming, offering proactive tips on local dining and transport. They even helped plan my daily itineraries, making every outing effortless. If you want fresh air, gorgeous views, and a host who truly cares, this is your go-to spot!

We stayed with Kumpit for 2 nights. Once you have arrived, you are speechless due to the breathtaking location/ view/ tranquility. The hints of being there before dark, having a sufficiently strong vehicle ( we had 125cc) is absolutely appropriate. I would also recommend good brakes for the way back, which has it all. Kumpits cabin was as described. The bed was very comfortable, we slept wonderfully. It is a great luxury to sit on the terrace and be entertained by nothing more than the play of colors of light and the sound of the birds. 100% recommended

We had the most fantastic 3 nights stay here. The homestay itself is very attractively designed with lots of great touches that make it feel very sophisticated. The location is a bit of a drive out of the way for exploring the rest of Chiang Dao, but that makes it the perfect escape into nature. Once we arrived, we never left until checkout. The setting was so relaxing with lots of different places to sit and take in the nature. We really enjoyed the dinner service and all the other services like the coffee setup provided, breakfast, and the fire pit. The movie projector is also a really fun touch. This place has everything you need for a relaxing stay in nature without sacrificing any modern luxuries. I highly recommend a stay at MayamYay!
