I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, with many establishments nearby, making it super convenient. The host was fantastic very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The place itself was lovely, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

very nice Appartement. super swimming pool ! very kind host. only the location is a bit remote, so that you have to take a 20minutes taxi to get to Central PATTAYA mall for example.

I've stayed at this facility a few times before. Peter's apartment was by far the best furnished I have lived in the last few years. It's the little things you don't expect. This starts with the kitchen utensils and ends with replacement bulbs for the bedside lamps. Vacuum cleaner, towels ,detergent ,detergent, and, and, and . Hygiene in the bedroom TOP, freshly cleaned mattress covers, perfectly clean closet. Peter is always available by phone. I can't tell you about problem solving because there were no problems. Johnny is a great host who gives detailed instructions before check in and follows up closely to ensure trouble free stay for us. Provided much local attractions details too. Pool was relatively big, clean n nice to swim in. Everything is perfect. Thanks to Johnny and team.

Wonderful Stay at Nick’s place – Highly Recommended I recently had the pleasure of staying and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The villa itself was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The private pool was impeccably maintained and provided a serene space to relax. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The host Nick was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any requests. One thing to note is that the villa is located in a more secluded area, and having a car or private transportation is highly recommended, as public transport options are not readily available. However, this also adds to the peaceful and private atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I look forward to returning in the future.

It's a great place to stay. Spacious, spotless clean, well maintained, pretty quiet, convenient location and a good view from balcony. James is a great host. I spent here much time and it was very comfortable

The place and communication was very good. The apartment looked like the pictures and was very clean. Very noteworthy is the pool on the 31st floor, with special views over Pattaya.

A clean and modern unit in a very central location. Bodin’s communication ahead of our stay was great and he responded instantly to any questions we had. Bars are within walking distance. Thank you!

Teresa’s place was incredible. Beautiful surroundings and amazing sea view. Very peaceful. You wake up in the mornings with birds’ singing. Apartment is very spacious for 1+1 standards. Marina is great for walking and little restaurants. A bit far from shopping but it is not an issue as you can order everything online and get delivered within 1 hour. I would love to come back for sure. Once again thank you Teresa.

This was my second time staying at her place Everything was perfect!! I especially love the HOT WATER PRESSURE leading to an amazing shower 😃 and the amazing view of the beach when I first open my eyes in the morning. Ellen is am AMAZING host . Can't wait to come back 🤞🏿

This was a great condo! I have stayed at Grand Avenue three other times, but the host (Yai) is the best host I have experienced. He and his staff worked with my girlfriend to make sure check in was convenient. The condo was thoughtfully furnished and equipped to ensure we had cleaning supplies and necessities, including toilet paper, laundry detergent, soap & shampoo, condiments, coffee & tea, salt & pepper, etc. It is obvious that Yai and his staff prepare the condo to make sure the guests feel at home. The furniture also made a difference. There were dressers with drawers for storage, a coat rack, a dedicated work space / desk, lamps, and even a laundry basket. Yai also provided two sets or key cards, which made it very convenient for me and my girlfriend to come and go without having to coordinate with each other. In addition, the bed linens seemed high quality and were very comfortable. I loved this condo and plan on staying there again in the future. Thank you Yai.
