her two bedroom condo is very nice and comfortable I had just about everything needed for our stay, I wish there was a microwave. besides that my wife and I had a very lovely day

Everything is clean, several sets of bed linen,towels,tableware, my daughter appreciated the play station))) and also special thanks for the constant communication and help in matters of "where is the store,market", "where to go'etc. Condo is in a quiet and peaceful place)))) our family fell in love with Thailand))) thank you again!!!!

We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

Very nice house with a great pool area and very clean water. It is very clean and tidy with superb amenities. Location is quiet and yet central about 10 minutes to the beach and about 15 minutes to the nearest city we will be happy to come back

Alex is a great host who was always quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is large enough for a family and offers everything needed. Even though the decor is outdated, everything is working perfectly. I've been there with my older parents who felt very comfortable. The area is also a bit touristy but mainly here are many Thais on the beaches on weekends which is very pleasant. The beaches are always quite empty, even on weekends as the Thais, especially the women, do not like to go into the water and prefer to sit on the beach in the shade of the trees so as not to get brown and darker. The rooftop pool is great and the elevator worked flawlessly. The whole complex is very well maintained. A brown area is nearby and sometimes events take place there with concert and many food stalls, which is a highlight. I'd love to come back.

The house is very good. Exactly as pictured. The pool is large and clean. The only thing that is unfortunate is that there is no beach.Seafood can be caught by the reef at night.The house is cleaned with housekeepers and gardener every day, very serious.The location of the house is a little far away, you need to drive to a big supermarket, it is located in a fishing village, the seafood taste in the air is a bit heavy.The host is especially responsible for being patient, answering questions 24h online at any time, helping me rent motorbikes, and arranging vehicles to go to the supermarket.

We had some great days at Herbert's house. The house and the surroundings are family friendly with a beautiful beach and a large pool.

we spent 4 days in this lovely villa. The decoration is very beautiful and the outdoor environment is very well maintained as well as the pool whose water is clear, it is an ideal place to rest for a few days. We eat very well at the restaurant of the subdivision but if you want something more typical you can walk to the small fishing port and eat local and fresh on the beach. It's better to be transported if you stay long enough because the location is a little secluded, but for a few days it's ideal!

Great apartment on the 28th floor with amazing views. Spacious and enough space. Leisure rooms in the condo building can be used without any problems. Pool right in front of the house and beach about 100m walk away.
