Monthly Rentals in Madisonville

I stayed in the appartment for 11 weeks during my research stay at Texas A&M. The place fehlt like a second home - super cozy, well-equipped kitchen and Jenny was super fast in replying to any questions I had! Area is beautiful and close to the University(used the bicycle to get there everyday). Also Bryan with great restaurants is close. Aldi is a 5 minutes walk and Wallmart the same by car - easy to get your groceries done. Defenitely recommend staying here if in College Station for a shorter or longer period of time. Thank you for these great months! Defenitely will stay again if in college Station one day!

We truly had a great time on the property. She was a great host, we loved just walking around and getting to meet the animals, and it was really near the town, so if we needed anything it was close.

The location is unbeatable - just a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and campus, which made my daily commute so convenient. The host was fantastic - she was super friendly and always quick to respond to any questions. Her helpful and welcoming communication really made our stay stress-free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay near campus!

Don and Ally's cabin was an amazing little place to stay! if you are wanting a cozy getaway, I highly recommend this cabin!
