Beautiful home, would love to stay again!

We are so glad that we found this gem! It is literally a block from EKU campus. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and as described. We did not bring our pups this trip but the yard is completely fenced and has areas to sit and hang out. The area was very safe and quiet. Check in and check out was easy. This spot is great for families or two families traveling together, plenty of space. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we hope to return many more times if our son accepts his offer to attend EKU.

The Churchill Cottage was warm and lovely and quiet; it had a sunny back porch that we loved and all the rooms were very comfortable. The cottage was a historic home connected to the old weaving factory. We loved coming home in the evenings to it. Alison was very responsive to any questions we had. She was a wonderful to work. We went on a hike to the nearby Pinnacles and spent time at the college (the Friday night Planetariun show) and walked to nearby shops and Boone Tavern. We would love to come back and stay at the Churchill. Thank you Alison!

Although the circumstances weren’t great for our visit to Kentucky, Alex’s place really helped with having a beautiful home to decompress in. It was well stocked and beautifully decorated.

We travel often, and this was unanimously one of our favorite spots. Very homey with lots of fun extras to entertain the family. Perfect for our little family reunion in Richmond while we watched EKU softball!

We had a lovely time staying in this very nice home. It was spotless and very well stocked. The beds were comfy (which is very important!), and there were many spots to rest and relax. You can’t beat the closeness to campus, and there are great restaurants a short walk away. I highly recommend this AirBnB.

The most lovely, cozy little home ever. The location is perfect- only about 5 minutes driving into town, but very quiet and peaceful tucked in the hills and back a significant distance from the main road. The surrounding woods, hill, and creek are beautiful. Gravel driveway leading up to the house is well maintained. The house itself is adorable, so cozy and comfortable! I really liked the in house washer and dryer, the living room windows overlooking the beautiful lot, the projector for watching movies, the very comfortable beds, and the nice little back porch perfect for sitting during sunset. I also really liked the shower, it has the nice glass sliding doors. We took a little walk around the back lot and it was gorgeous, and perfect returning to the little house once it started to get dark. I highly recommend and can't wait to come back here solo to enjoy it all to myself!

Julie went above and beyond! Our trip was cut short due to the weather, but Julie was completely understanding, refunded us for the last night, and offered a discount for future services. The house is amazing! It’s cozy with all the modern vibes too. My dogs loved the extra space to play. The bathtub was magical. I could have stayed in there all weekend. Julie had water in the dog bowl ready, towels for the dogs, and tennis balls. I honestly felt immediately at home. I cannot wait to stay there again some day.

Quick communication, house was just like it described. Rodney was flexible with the schedule when we needed to change dates for our stay.

Great deal for everything you get, we wanted a quiet weekend before holiday craziness started and it was exactly what we wanted! The hosts were so helpful and clear and quickly responded to questions. We hope to come back in the summer time!

I could go on and on to describe the wonderful things about Andrew’s listings. I’ve stayed at two of them so far and they have both been incredible! Westfield Blue and now Luxury Main/East. Andrew is a fantastic host and his properties are so beautiful. I could have stayed there forever. I will most definitely be staying again when I travel back to the area. Thank you Andrew!

Kristin is a super friendly host. Very responsive. The space was clearly as described and very homey. It was so quiet and peaceful, I slept most of the day. Convenient, not far off the highway with several food options within mins. If you’re looking for a nice value and great space, Kristin’s place is fantastic!

Excellent place to stay, beautiful historic part of Lex, very walkable to restaurants, cafes, bars. Easy street parking. The apt is stylish, comfy, clean and spacious. The bed was a bit soft for my taste but depends on what you prefer. Easy check in, great communication and local recommendations. Highly recommend this place, beautiful apt in a great part of town.

Such a cute little apartment that was perfect for our trip to lexington. Brooke was a great host and very responsive. The private parking lot for these buildings was fantastic. And there are some cute spots nearby. Highly recommend if coming to the area!

I needed a condo close to UK Hospital for a week and this was an excellent experience. It is clean, quiet, and convenient to the hospital. I had a problem with the tv remote when I first checked in, and Brandon is very responsive, and was quick to fix the problem. Easy 5 stars!

Host responded right away at the last minute and was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed!

Lee was super nice. I wish he had more time to sit and chat with us. The gift certificate for the restaurant was a nice touch and the food was excellent. The complimentary drinks in the refrigerator, coffee, muffins and bananas were a nice touch as well. I loved the decor, very unique and genuine. Friday night we had a great time at Paradise for dinner and then we had drinks at the local cigar/bar where one man played guitar. Charlie was great. Saturday we had an amazing tour at Hartfield and Company. I highly recommend it if you are into bourbon, distilling or making beer. They are putting out great products. We tried to go to dinner several places on Saturday, but they were all closed due to the pending snowstorm. Thankfully, La Esperanza was still open. My Spanish is rusty, but it was fun conversing the best we could. Regardless, the food was amazing and the prices reasonable. Hopefully, Paris works on having more things to do within downtown walking distance. It's a cute place.

Fantastic location to Rupp and surrounding bars. Maybe a 10 minute walk to them? Safe neighborhood as well. We had no issues walking back from the game at midnight. Place was extremely clean, water didn't smell (Lexington notorious for sulfur smell), good towels and clean linens. If I "had" to complain I would say if you were a light sleeper, I would bring ear plugs as you are in the city and get all the normal noises. The water pressure isn't the best and the turn in for the parking lot needs a sign or bright hi-vis marker to let you know you need to turn. None of these are deal breakers. Very pleasant stay and worth the price. Excellent safe & secure parking too. Will be back if they have us. TY
