Awesome property right by the beach. The caretaker was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The owner was very friendly too. We’d love to do it again.

Amazing place, had a lot of garden space, great sized swimming pool which can easily accomodates 20 folks and minted well unlike most places (4ft deep across). Hosts were awesome to coordinate with and super fast response. Highly recommended for large gatherings and stay for 20+ groups. Domino's Pizza and other restaurants delivery easy. Rooms are beautiful and have all the amenities and everything is as described. Thanks for the lovely stay, Suraiya and Nikhil!!

Rasaa Farms was a perfect weekend getaway. We went as a family of 9 people, and thoroughly enjoyed the property and its facilities such as the swimming pool, TT table, carrom, football, etc. The property was also well furnished, spacious and tastefully decorated, which reminded me of a couple of BnBs I had visited in Europe. The site supervisor Amin was very accommodating and looked after all our requests, including flexible check in and check out. Lastly, the family enjoyed playing with the dogs - Lulu and Rambo

We had a fantastic stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the pool was very clean! The caretaker was also very helpful and accommodating. Overall it was a perfect stay for our family.

We decided last minute to stay in the area and found Shaik’s air bnb very convenient, with lots of space and a beautiful layout, we would definitely stay again!

Absolute Home stay for 6 of our family. The caretaker was extremely helpful and very supportive. Pristine clean facility that meets overseas guests expectations. This is a facility that can be rated 5 star +++

We were a group of 5 girls, and we absolutely loved the property. It was easy to locate, and was a stone's throw from the beach. The host and the caretaker have taken immense effort to ensure our safe and comfortable stay. The property has 3 rooms with attached baths, out of which two rooms have a sea-facing balcony. The terrace allows a panoramic view of the entire Kovalam coastline. The rooms were comfortably furnished, with extra floor mattresses also kept available that you can use at the terrace. There's also a functional kitchen with a refridgerator, oven, induction stove and basic cookware and serveware. The property does not have air-conditioning, however the property is well-ventilated, and the sea-breeze at night made up for it. The property can comfortably house upto 6-8 people. Our group stayed there for a day, and have already made plans to come back soon.

Place was exactly the same as mentioned . Host was really so helpful and friendly too . Getting to d place was slight difficult as some road work was goin on and due to rain , roads were slippery. But house was 200% exceeded my expectations. Interiors were antique and somethin unique .

Host Xavier is very approachable! hassle-free check in check out! peaceful area for family As we arrived parking wasn't available but Xavier told a slot next to his compound. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Kitchen also had basic amenities ready only recommendation is to keep the linen more clean and fresh!

Hi really saying from the heart we had a plesant stay location of the property is very calm. The owner of the property Mr shuresh is very flexible and we felt this long stay in this property as we aere in our home. Especially Caretaker Mr Govindharajan sir he is very polite and very helpfull person. he was taking care the guests as his own family...... No words to say than this......

This is a great place to stay. Sashtipriya was very helpful in booking my onward journey. The local Rathna Cafe she recommended was good food and great value. There are plenty of temples nearby to visit and the St Thomas cathedral a short walk away. I won’t hesitate to come back next time I visit Chennai.

Location: Nice place to stay near Airport... Quite and peaceful neighbourhood. Transport: 3-4 km from Metro, Auto from walkable main road is easily available. Food: Major restaurants around 1-2 km, need to hire Auto. House: Brand new house as described , high class construction with all brand new amenities. Duplex style clean rooms and bathrooms. Brand new furniture. Kitchen with all basics, fridge RO, induction in new condition. Brand new front load washing machine with arrangement for drying clothes on terrace. Host: Last but not least , host Ram/Prabhu is a great person, very thoughtful advanced arrangement for all basic needs before we reach.. milk, tea, cofee and other toiletries were already arranged to welcome the guest for a hassle-free check in. Even we not met personally but we never felt absence of host as each query was swiftly responded.
