Host was extremely responsive, always responded to calls and messages. Location was great. Neighborhood was quiet. Felt little pricey as the room was not too big but other things were right on point. The only thing which we were not prepared was sudden loud noise coming from the adjoining room as someone who checked in late was watching something late at night. Due to shared walls it was disturbing. Though it was not host's fault.

The stay here was the best. Upendra ji was a very gracious host. Our stay was alot more than what was expected. The place was maintained to the utmost standards. The hosts were very friendly and genuinely caring. The ambience was very homely with all the needed amenities. Highly recommended and a must visit for all. Will surely visit again very soon. Thanks to the hosts for great hospitality.

The place is spot on in terms of cleanliness. The stay was very comfortable and felt like second home. It is very centrally located from tourist attractions in the city. The place had everything that would be required for you to stay comfortably in a new city. Arpit is very reachable and avalaible to help always. The attached terrace is another good to have amenity. Overall it was a wonderful stay at Arpit's place.

I had a fantastic 5-day stay at this property! The experience was truly great, with a warm and polite host who greeted us with such a welcoming gesture. Everything we needed for a comfortable long stay was readily available. One small feedback (not a complaint at all) – it would be even better if cleaning services were complementary with the stay package. Having stayed at over 15 properties across various cities, I’ve noticed this as a standard inclusion. It’s not about the extra cost, but more for a hassle-free experience. :) Overall, I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Niranjan was a great host. Polite and prompt with his communication. Took care of all our requirements. The house is in a peaceful location. The house itself is cozy and Niranjan has kept almost everything you'd need for your stay. The only small negative being the location is a little away from the main road, and the access roads are narrow! But not a big issue and you get used to it.
