Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lynmouth

Stunning place by the sea!! Not many you can actually sit on the sofa and see the waves crashing. So much space which was perfect for us as we went with our Labrador who takes up a lot of room. There was everything you needed and more. The location is also great, most of the shops and cafes were dog friendly, the Chinese was amazing which was our New Year’s Eve treat before spending the evening with some bubbles in the hot tub! Definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

This was a last minute arrangement and we felt very lucky to find such a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I took our 18 month old and dog to Sue’s place the past few days and we loved it! The weather was terrible so we were inside most of the time and couldn’t use the hot tub, but we couldn’t fault this home and the little touches Sue provided for us. 100% staying here!

Tristan's place is in am amazing location - pretty much by the Cobb in Lyme Regis. I could walk into the nearest pub in about 5 steps from the front door, and it's less than a minute to the shore. The house was spotless and provided everything we could wish for.

Spent the week here with our whole family. We had a fabulous time, the house is perfect, we had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Fiona recommended places to go/things to do with the children and was very helpful with any questions we had. Thoroughly recommend!

Perfect. We throughly enjoyed our family stay, a relaxed time in a beautiful home. Rose made communication really easy, the extra little bits were lovely. A goodie box on arrival, all the bits and pieces in the kitchen we so helpful. The open fires and Christmas tree made it cosy and homely from the minute we arrived. The area is stunning, all accessible for all ages. All the bedrooms were perfect and a very comfy night's sleep. nothing was a problem. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay here at Andersfield, Goathurst. Beautiful location with picturesque views. The farmhouse was full of character, great facilities with two very cosy and welcoming living spaces for entertaining in and large kitchen with a large table we were all able to enjoy a breakfast around. Robert the host was friendly, informative and couldn't have been more welcoming on our arrival. Highly recommend staying here to any families looking to explore the Quantocks and surrounding areas. We will certainly be looking to book here again in the future. Thank you to Robert and family for letting us stay.

The pictures don’t do this home justice, was immaculate and we felt right at home. Fenella was a great host and always available to ask anything. Location was perfect for us to walk to train station, local restaurants, pubs and the ice rink. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to hopefully stay again when we come back to Cardiff.

A great location in Fore Street with very easy access to the sea front in Ilfracombe. The appartment is well equipped and very clean. It was very comfortable and couldn't want for more.

The flat was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the sea each morning. The hosts, Paul and Becki, were most helpful and attentive. We were lucky with the weather, our three full days were between two storms and it was calm if somewhat cold. We walked over 12 miles on coastal paths. The local towns and villages were deserted in this extreme off-season. However some excellent restaurants were still open and we would recommend Giovanni and Lucca and also the Lime Kiln Cafe Bar. We would recommend this lovely accommodation without hesitation for a stress free holiday with magnificent views.

Hannah’s home is warm, cosy, and perfect for a stay in Cardiff! The kitchen was well stocked to cook in and the beds were comfortable. A great place to unwind after a day sightseeing. Easy to find a parking spot and excellent communication with Hannah - highly recommend!

Loved, loved, loved this magical place. Lots of interesting furniture, super comfy bed, our own little courtyard and entrance to the park just through the garden gate. Very friendly welcome. Highly recommend.

The old snooker hall was in my opinion even better than in the pictures. The livingroom and the bathroom stood out for me. The former is large and cosy, and the latter has an amazing shower. The whole place is tastefully decorated. We will definitely book it again if we come back to Weston.

Good spacious accommodation. Excellent location close to station, bars and high street. Highly recommend. Well be back!

We had a lovely stay at the beachside apartment, Great location, off the beaten track but only ten minutes walk to centre of town, Two minutes walk to Minehead Harbour (fantastic for crabbing) and a wonderful pub The Ship Aground. Will definitely visit again, Thank you.

A fantastic apartment with stunning uninterrupted views of the beach. Very clean and comfortable and the location is excellent - a short walk to the beach and village amenities. We’ll certainly look to stay here again when we are visiting Woolacombe.

I wanted a few days away in Woolacombe with a fabulous view and some stormy seas and some great walks, all achieved. This delightful flat is both cosy and spacious, easy to feel at home here. Great communication from Adrienne made it super easy for me . Thank you .

We had a really lovely weekend staying in Kirsten’s place, it was even better than we were expecting and she’d really gone the extra mile to make us feel at home. Great location, within walking distance of the centre of Ilfracombe, the Tunnels and the harbour, and very well equipped too - it really couldn’t have been any better. Highly recommended for a family of four plus a baby. Thank you Kirsten!

Very beautiful views, the accommodation was very clean, stylish and private. The added hot tub was a lovely addition. Alongside the lovely gifts left by Lisa. Would 100% recommend and already looking to book again in 2025.

This is a very lovely apartment in a great location., perfect for a few days rest post Christmas. Tastefully furnished and a very comfortable bed, everything I needed. Wendy spotted me arriving and was very welcoming and in giving local information. Definitely walkable to Lynton and great walks to Watersmeet and Valley of the Rocks and onto pretty Lee Bay. Cheerful and welcoming coffee and fabulous cheesecake at No 1 Lynton Coffee Cafe.

Jason and Julie's space was a great home away from home while we visited family over the Christmas period. They were kind enough to put a tree up (with decs and lights!), leave mince pies, Christmas crackers and several Christmas flowers. The kitchen is incredibly well designed and you can tell they have tried to maximize the space. It's very modern, and had everything we needed to make some meals, including spices, olive oil and other useful bits and bobs. The bathroom is modern and clean, and having Sky TV was useful to record some Christmas specials while we were visiting family. The location was well-know to us and the main reason for choosing this place - there are lots of bars, restaurants and green space all in walking distance, as well as a bus stop close to get into town. I had to extend my stay at short notice and they were very accommodating, which saved me spending a week in a hotel!

Perfect host. Ideal stay for my needs

This property is top notch. The location is so peaceful and the views from the bedroom are stunning. First thing I did every morning was open the shutters and drink in the view of the sea. In addition the home is so very tastefully appointed and really is a classy holiday home. Little extras like biscuits, cleaning materials and kitchen consumables were really appreciated. Future guests should be prepared to drive by car into Lyme Regis though or face the uphill walk home - about 20 minutes up a steep hill. My husband really enjoyed it but I found it hard - I suppose it depends on your fitness level. We had no luck in getting a taxi or a bus but we were there over the Christmas/New Year period so that could be the reason. On the other hand it is so convenient to get to lovely places like Beer, Weymouth and Dorchester. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and like many other previous guests we did not want to leave.

Hosts were really responsive and helped out with changes to dates. House was incredible and location was stunning. Really quite location and easy reach of all amenities. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Thanks to John and his team
