House holiday rentals in Lynmouth

We all really enjoyed our long weekend stay in this accommodation. The accommodation was in very good condition with comfortable beds and good communal space. The hot tub was great and it was lovely to watch the sun rise over the valley. We would recommend to others and come back to stay again. Thank you

Words fail me to say how amazing this place is. A haven of peace and tranquillity with all rooms having their own en-suite bathroom, TVs in each room, a swimming pool and a hot tub right next door. Anne-Louise welcomed us and showed us everything. After a break like this, it's really hard to return to normality!!! I can't recommend it highly enough

We had a very chilled 4 days at Clare’s lovely pool house. Clare and her husband are great host very friendly and helpful, the village is beautiful and quiet and the sounds of the church bell ringers practising on Thursday night was lush, the pool house is warm and cozy.

Absolutely amazing stay that saved our summer holidays! We were due to fly to Greece for a week, but unfortunately due to our baby getting ill we were unable to fly; thankfully we found Gemma's stay and had what we all agreed was most likely a better time than we would have had abroad anyway! As a party of 6 adults and 4 children there was an abundance of space available to us both inside and out, twice daily trips to the gorgeous warm swimming pool were a must! I couldn't recommend this stay anymore and it was worth every single penny!

Absolutely perfect hosts and accommodation. This was my first stay at an air bnb and it was wonderful. Kate couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating and assisted me with additional things such as taxi numbers. The accommodation is simply stunning and the layout of the home means that even if a large group of you stay you still have your own space. The pool is welcome addition as are the hands outside, even the harder to please teenagers had a great time. We’re now home and looking at other dates we can return to the cottage. Fabulous and unique property Was in a lovely area and walking distance to great pub and beach Had our family Christmas here and was a wonderful home to play games , play table tennis , cook in the beautiful kitchen drink a glass of champagne outside ( as mild weather) The Zoned living and play areas were a big hit with us and loved that the lounge had a wood burner fire and no Tv so encouraged us to play games . The brand new Entertainment extension area was fabulous, we did Karaoke( our own) and played Table Tennis and watched Tv on big screen Had a very quick dip in the organic pond and loved the tranquility of the surroundings . Hole Mill is finished to a very high spec and we would love to return maybe in the summer for BBQ outside . Thank you BOND FAMILY

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely house! There are fantastic local walks right on the doorstep and Nic was very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Second time we’ve stayed in one of the lodges and it was better then I remember so peaceful and Pollyanna is an amazing host helping us out with a high chair and cot for our baby!

Lovely position in a beautiful area. Really nice accommodation and hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to messages. Would definitely recommend.

The house is absolutely brilliant, its super spacious but very cosy, warm and welcoming, with very comfortable beds and all the amenities one might need. We enjoyed the living rooms with log burners and the huge, amazingly equipped family kitchen with AGA cooker that kept the room nice and warm at all times. The house is located in a beautiful spot surrounded with fields and meadows, its so peaceful and quiet, feels like the end of the world yet the village centre is only a few minutes walk away. Becky was responsive and provided many local tips, including pointing us to the fantastic village pub: The Coombe Barton Inn - which sits at the local beach a convenient 25 minutes long walk from the house. Our stay was amazing and I certainly hope we'll be back at some point. Thank you so much Becky!

Lovely place to stay, Tess is a great host, and we had some lovely scones and some little bits in the fridge, kitchen was very well stocked and loads of fresh coffee and machines to brew it. Very clean place and found the living room comfy and warm. The bathroom was clean and located downstairs on the same floor as the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are a good size and beds very comfy, the pillows and all of the bedding was top notch. I lived out stay here and would come back again.

Heatherdown is amazing, a beautiful, spacious house with amazing views. Very well equipped with luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms with lots of space for a large group. The position of the house with views of the sea is fabulous. Winter is a great time to visit, long walks along the nearby beaches and back to the house to light the fire and watch the weather from the sofa! Thank you .. Hope to return one day !

As soon as we walked in the door we loved this place! What a gem! The living area has large windows overlooking a peaceful valley full of sheep and chickens - a truly beautiful view to enjoy at any time of day. The house was wonderfully warm - as was the welcome by Tiffany. We felt personally greeted and our hosts could not have been more helpful. The house itself is gorgeous! Spacious and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. I had the best nights' sleep - the beds are so comfortable! The place is quiet and peaceful - you feel hidden away - yet Lyme Regis is just on the doorstep. We spent a day walking around Lyme, drinking coffee and visiting the shops, and one day just relaxing in Little Winter's Cottage. We absolutely loved the place and we will definitely be back! Thank you Tiffany - you were a wonderful host!

This lodge was perfect! Great value for the price and the hot tub was set up before we arrived. Was spotless and was provided with all cleaning products that we needed. Bedrooms are spacious and towels were provided. Gary welcomed us on arrival and was very friendly. Would defiantly recommend, we had a lovely time :)

Christian & Jennie's place was awesome, very spacious, and well equipped (including some great tech). They communicated excellently and offered fantastic flexibility which was very much appreciated. It didn't feel like we were staying in an Airbnb, but instead at a friend's house which certainly heightened the experience. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you!

We had a great stay at the house. Really comfortable and spacious. We were 2 x families of 5 plus a dog and the house was perfect. A short walk into Bude which is lovely. Very convenient to be near Morrisons and the shops. Thanks Anna and Sally, we hope to return one day.

Lovely stay in Cowbridge! Great location to nature and the city. Accomodation has a homely feel and it's the perfect space for a long weekend!

Fantastic stay at Maysmore, beautiful house with everything you need for a break away from home. Quick walk into Lynmouth village. Sally is a great host who is very responsive. We will be back again for our 3rd visit in the near future.

Mike and Helens home was the perfect homely base for our family Christmas. The house was decorated and with two log burners was very cosy and festive. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for the whole family every night. The location is perfect for visiting places on the North and south coast and there is plenty of parking in the drive for 5 cars. The house is in a very quiet area, which was lovely and the airfield nearby is good for dog walks.

Perfect place for us to stay when visiting family. Natalie was incredible when dealing with an issue we had on our first night (which was also Christmas Day/ Boxing Day!!!). The place really felt like home by the time we left and we look forward to staying (for the third time) again soon!

We so enjoyed our stay here, it was on the pricey side but it was august. We had my mum with us and so struggled with the very hilly inclines m, so had to drive down to beach every day. The hot tub was v clean but took a good few hours to get warm, & didn’t have bubbles as not an electric hot tub, & you have to cross a small rd to get to where the hot tub is? There were not enough plates,mugs , knives forks ect but we will definitely be back the house was so lovely & views & beds amazing, very clean & homely , lots of space for 6 & dog friendly to Thanks Zoe Xx

Fantastic property in a great location. The house has lots going for it...flexible accommodation - all very well kitted out, private hot tub in the enclosed sunny rear garden, very useful outside heated shower for getting the beach off you and prepping for the hot tub, the whole place has a lovely feel to it. Location-wise, it's only a short drive to some of the best beaches in the country....we SUP'd at Hele Bay, body-boarded at Woolacombe, and ate ice cream everywhere! Close enough to larger towns like Barnstaple and Ilfracombe, but walkable to the lovely Braunton with it's mix of pubs and restaurants. It's a great home, beautifully located.
