Monthly Rentals in Lugano District

We stayed almost two weeks during the Christmas and New Year period with my wife and we loved Cécile's apartment. We fully subscribe to all comments of previous guests: perfectly clean, nice and stylish furniture, kitchen well equipped with plenty of food and drinks provided, comfortable bed and pillows, good shower, etc. The extra surprise: plenty of Christmas decorations i.e. plates, candles, table sheets, balls ornaments, etc. The location is great to visit the city, walkable to the lake and city center as well as grocery shops. Public transport nearby and good to have inside parking. Cécile has been very friendly before and during our stay. We really appreciate how much she cared to making our stay most enjoyable! In conclusion: an excellent stay and mostly recommended!

About the place: clean, calm, nice view, great location, well-equipped for daily life, suitable for long stays, extra keychain, flexible laundry room access, Wi-Fi, carpet, a good amount of detergents, spacious chest of drawers and wardrobe. The only negative point was the lack of a toaster, which was negligible due to the uncountable benefits. About Olga: She was so kind, hospitable, responsible, organized, and easy to access (deserved to be a super host) To sum up, it was a completely convenient stay, and I recommend it.

The place was very cozy and practical. The location was very good for us: close to the train station for excursions, walking distance to the old town and lake with swimming, with shopping nearby. The pool in the settlement was very clean and especially enjoyed the kids. Thank you so much, we will be happy to come back!

We had a most wonderful time. The host was so responsive and the house manager incredibly helpful. The place was beautifully furnished and the view breathtaking. We had a car, but even without, the bus was very close and easy to ride to town in. We have a baby and it was very quiet, although the place is definitely better for a person or couple without kids. It’s very stylish! We loved it and are grateful to have stayed.
