Splendid apartment just finished renovating (March 2023) In an extraordinary position, 200 meters from the station, 10 min walk from the cathedral and all the main monuments. On the fourth floor with lift it consists of an entrance with living room and kitchen, two double bedrooms with king size beds, bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is an office and another bedroom with a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and small terrace on the roofs. Wifi, AC and heating make it perfect.

Our stay @ David Friendly Apartment was amazing. We got a very warm welcome when we arrived, from Gabriella & Manlio, who showed us how to access the private car park and how to open/close the automated gate. The apartment looked neat and tidy, functional and relaxing, with a spacious, well-lit living room where large door windows, allow sunlight to enter the room and brighten up the space. We enjoyed having a coffee sitting outside on the balcony, listening to the birds chirping while watching the natural view. The place looks well insulated and easy to keep warm. Carlo was easy to communicate with, and would promptly respond to our enquiries. We enjoyed the quietness, the simplicity of the surrounding environment and the peaceful minimal-style of the apartment interior design. The playful canvas present all around the apartment, and the numerous references to travels made us really feel on holiday, and gave us a real vibe of the host’s globe-trotter personality.

Cristina was incredibly accommodating. We had some issues getting to Florence due to the flooding and Cristina was very understanding. Cristina met us outside her building and was so welcoming! Her place is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Such a great find! Everything is within a walkable distance and there are fantastic local restaurants nearby. A huge thank you to Cristina and I hope to be back one day!

Apartment was clean and as described, would definitely stay again, Chiara was very welcoming and was at the apartment waiting when we checked in, always helpful and responsive when messaged. The apartment is in one of the most beautiful and most comfortable areas of Livorno: in the small 'Venice' with canals and boats, near the port and the city center, with the best restaurants below the house. The apartment is in a newly renovated building (like the apartment itself) with a modern, essential and very comfortable style. The cleanliness is impeccable. We'll definitely be back.
