House holiday rentals in Lower Shotover

Great place to stay to explore Cardrona and Wanaka. Walking distance to Cardrona Hotel, and an easy drive into Wanaka and surrounding attractions. The house is comfy, the two main bedrooms are large and it actually mostly stayed quite nice and cool even in the height of summer. The kitchen is well equipped including a nice coffee machine. Sam was good to deal with, including accommodating an earlier check in after I didn't realize check in is not til 5pm (worth noting as it is quite late compared to standard).

A perfect house in a perfect location. A great place for our family as every detail as been considered. Communication with host was excellent. We hope to return.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Queenstown! So lucky we booked this home for our first time in Queenstown. The views were absolutely unbelievable and the space was perfect for two people. Hot tub was so ideal at the end of every day and was very clean and hot! We took the bus a lot which was super easy about a 15 minute walk to the stop then goes right into town. Also enjoyed walking to the few close restaurants Lokal, Nest, etc. Otherwise an uber to town was affordable and easy. If I were to nit pick anything would be just wish the WiFi reached out to the deck in case anyone was thinking of doing some work outside. Thanks for everything!

Lovely stay in a quiet community in Arrowtown! Loved the use of the tennis court, playing cricket on the backyard and hot tub. Very relaxing stay! Thanks Grant

A stunning home in a great location between Arrowtown and Queenstown. We had a car so easy to get around and do all the things we had on our list. Keisha was a great host and would highly recommend booking this property.

Awesome place that literally has everything. Highlights were the sauna, hot spa, pool table and fireplace after snowboarding each day. Super close to The Remarkables and Coronet plus we drove an hour up to Corona and drive was easy. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location, clean and tidy. Lovely and warm on cooler evenings. So handy being 2 minutes walk to the Cadrona pub for dinner.

The place was so calming and clean, very spacious and everything was well managed and organized. This was the real deal In terms of what the place had to offer - great Wi-Fi, great rooms, both bathrooms fully stocked with essentials, kitchen was stocked with essentials too, even came with a wash and dryer, had a grill outside and overall an excellent stay!

Stayed here with a group of 3 couples. Incredible view and stunning property. 5 minute drive into town. Will definitely be rebooking on our next trip to Queenstown !

Lovely place in a beautiful location! House was clean, and perfect for our trip. Scenery is stunning and the hosts were helpful, friendly and quick with communication. The location was a quick 10 minute drive into Queenstown which was easy for us as we had a car, and had no parking issues once we got into Queenstown. Would highly recommend this place!

My family and I had the best time staying Sararose’s place. The house was very comfortable with stunning views. It is a quiet and private location. Walkable/biking distance from Queenstown town centre. Sararose was a very responsive host who provided helpful recommendations into things to do in the area. We would one day love to come back and stay again. A truly beautiful part of the world! Thank you.

The house was great with a beautiful backdrop of The Remarkables from the master bedroom and from the kitchen. Two young families stayed there and was everything we needed it to be: spacious with toys for the kids and a great kitchen for us to cook including one evening barbecue. Location was also great - about twenty minutes to Queenstown centre and five minutes from a shopping centre. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly.

A great place, fantastic views and plenty of space to manage a family unit

Great location and spacious house with stunning views from the upstairs bedroom, living area, deck and elevated hot tub. Comes with all the amenities you could need and Bella the friendly cat as a bonus. Nearby trails include the Mt Crichton loop for beautiful waterfalls (moderate) and Bob’s Cove loop for lake views (easy). This also branches off to 12 Mile Delta for a nice walk along the lake (moderate). There is also a cool playground just down the hill. Highly recommend this stay, it was a real treat!

Awesome house. We experienced a beautiful view of the scenery. A short walk got us to the Wakatipu lake, which was amazing in the afternoon. The rooms are quite spacious. The living room was very family friendly, and the games provided was a nice touch. We totally enjoyed our stay.

This place has remarkable view of the lake and is not far from town center, very easy to get around. We got 3 kids and they like the feeling of living on a cliff.

What a great place to stay. Spectacular view from every corner. We use the kitchen everyday. Washer and dryer also come handy. The last two days,my children decide just to hang out at the house

I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars. The photos do not do this place justice. You truly cannot capture the beauty and tranquility in a photo. I think it’s safe to say this was my favorite airbnb experience to date— the hosts are wonderful and the house truly has everything you need. Arrowtown down the street is so quaint and lovely, but we loved the house so much, we opted to spend a lot of our free time there. Will happily be back in the future! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
