Tammy’s place is a wonderful home to stay at while visiting the area. It is comfortable and clean with plenty of room for several people. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The backyard is very inviting and the hot tub is a nice perk. Tammy provided clear instructions and was responsive. Highly recommend!

I can’t think of any word better to describe this cottage in Carmel than "perfect." From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its tasteful decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The layout of the house is extremely well thought out, making it both functional and cozy. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is ideal—it's just a short distance to everything in downtown Carmel, making it easy to enjoy local shops, restaurants, and the scenic beauty of the area. Additionally, access from the car was a breeze, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a delightful getaway in Carmel. You won’t be disappointed!

This airbnb was the perfec little weekend getaway for the family, the airbnb matches the photos and we were truly able to make this into our home for the weekend. Amy was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns, she even went out of her way late at night to make sure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Overall I would stay here again if ever needed!

Loved this Air B&B! Here's what I love...its about 5-6 minutes from anything and everything you could want to do in Monterey. Its located right across the street from a Safeway, Trader Joes, a great pizza place, and about 3 gas stations. But given all those shops and amenities, its surprisingly a really quiet street, with low traffic, and little noise. Its like having the convenience of having a lot of shopping around you, but surprisingly quiet. The home itself is everything you need in a well-run Air B&B. Response time and communication was great, the home was spotlessly clean, the Wi-Fi worked, check-in and check-out was really straightforward and easy. It was just...an all-around great experience, and I will absolutely be returning again on my next trip to Monterey, which is...about once a year! LOVED this place!!!

Clean, well-appointed, spacious home less than a block from the beautiful Twin Lakes Beach. You can see the beach from chairs on the front lawn. We were lucky enough to be there during the lighted boat parade (first Saturday in December), so we watched the lighted boats in the water from the front yard. Everything was easily accessible. The home includes many amenities (washer/dryer, cooking supplies, games, pack n play). The room with the bunk beds has a separate bathroom, making it really nice for families with older kids. Great stay and I hope we can return.

Great location with the best coffee, bakery, and pizza place next door! If you love to surf or enjoy watching the ocean all alive with sea life, sunrises, and sunsets this is the place! We enjoyed the sun on private patio with table & chairs, lounge, and couch; this was our favorite part of staying here. Only negatives: no washer and dryer which is a must at the beach and not enough towels for our week long stay as there wasn’t a washer & dryer so we could not wash towels. Overall it is as close to perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, and furnishings!

We had a fantastic stay here! Beautiful property in every way. Upscale fixtures, appliances, countertops, shower, tv, etc. Everything modern and up-to-date and mint condition. Super comfortable beds and lots of space. We loved it and would absolutely come back!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Had a great stay at this airbnb. Matthew was a responsive host, and the place was perfect for a nice getaway that felt nice and secluded with plenty to do and beach accessibility just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

What a lovely place with stunning views. Appointed to the highest level with a wellstocked kitchen. Lots of food options to eat within only a few minutes walk from the penthouse. Two ways to access the place via back gate with security code or through front door and elevator If you prefer a very dark bedroom/s you won’t get that here so luckily I had my eyepatch to knock me out. You might pay a pretty penny for this place, but you will definitely notice it better than just about anything you could ever hope to find

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marc’s place in Pajaro Dunes. Everything is provided and the apartment is super comfortable, clean, and quiet. The beach is just steps away. Fun for the whole family. We hope to return soon.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Aarons place was super cozy. The care he takes in decorating was delightful. Aaron's place has to be my favorite Airbnb I've stayed at so far. it's also walking distance to the beach and a long but walkable walk from downtown Santa Cruz and boardwalk.

Beautiful little place, with picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean and natural landscaping. Clean, comfortable and easy access. Lots of security that patrolled day and night, which is nice. Fine dining restaurant is within walking distance.
