We had a great stay at this charming house for new year's celebration. Our party had four adults and one teenager and the house felt large enough for us. The location is perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach. Every morning we got up and walked the beach, it was fantastic. The house is super cute, full of characters. Sean was very responsive and helpful. There is construction going on next door, but the construction only overlapped one day with our stay, so it was a non issue. We highly recommend this place and definitely will be back!

Really lovely, comfortable house with a terrific kitchen. Comfy beds and a nice yard. The neighborhood is excellent -- we walked the dogs to the beach several times a day. Great hosts, very communicative and friendly. Highly recommended!

Beautiful oceanfront location right across the street from the ocean and surfers on the waves. Active and busy ocean trail along the coast right across the street. Close to local essentials shopping and Capitola with many eclectic little shops.

Amazing outdoor space in the front and backyard. Very convenient location to get in and out of to explore the surrounding area. Jeremy is a great host; very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful property, very dog friendly, location was unbelievable. House was stocked with everything you need, snacks, drinks, food, etc... Highly recommend this place

Laura’s place was spot on for our short stay. Beach was a stones throw away, which is where the kids wanted to spend their time. The place was perfect, it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Detailed instructions for the apartment to go alongside the stay and useful local information.

Having traveled around the world and stayed in numerous Airbnb homes, I can confidently say this was one of the most beautiful and impeccably clean properties we’ve ever stayed in. Our experience with Airbnb has often been that, while guests are granted access to the property, hosts rarely go above and beyond to make their guests feel genuinely comfortable, as hotels typically strive to do. On top of that, with additional California fees, it’s easy to leave feeling shortchanged. Unfortunately, this seems to have become a common culture on Airbnb. However, that was absolutely not the case here. David anticipated every little amenity a guest might need, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The towels and bedding were luxurious, and the property was immaculate. It was the perfect start to 2025 for us. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

We stay at Seascape a couple of times a year, we love the location: beautiful beach walks, pools and hot tubs, walk to the market, and then just a quick drive to Capitola, downtown Santa Cruz, or even the boardwalk. This particular rental was lovely and very homey. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is well appointed, there are two nice balconies- one with a great table that is perfect for cocktails or coffee. There are two pullout couches, which made the living room so fun to watch movies with the teenagers. More than anything, we appreciated the very accommodating host, who was kind enough to let us check in early so that we could leave our bags while we went shopping downtown. It was really a lovely stay. I recommend both Seascape, and this particular rental, very highly.

Only stayed a couple of nights, wish it could have been longer. Location was great for what we needed. Beautiful beach to stroll on while there!! Highly recommend!!

Our priority was proximity to the beach and this home was perfect for that. Erin was proactive and available for any questions. I would return!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Fantastic secluded condo community. The unit is right on the beach with a big picture window looking out on the Pacific with ever-present sounds of the surf. One of the best places for a quiet family vacation. Monterey/Cannery Row/Aquarium are only a 20-munite drive. Would stay there again.

A small town, good beach, amazing sunset and a very homely stay. What else do you need for ringing in the first new years with your family.? Everything was amazing. I really wish I could stay there for the whole week.

Bryan & Erin’s place is one of the most beautiful Airbnb we have stayed at. The views are spectacular with steps to the beach, very private and peaceful. The house is nicely furnished with everything we need in the bedrooms & kitchen. Our 6 month old baby was very happy with the crib and high chair that was provided. The toddlers were curiously busy with the toys. Highly recommend and will stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marc’s place in Pajaro Dunes. Everything is provided and the apartment is super comfortable, clean, and quiet. The beach is just steps away. Fun for the whole family. We hope to return soon.

One of my favorite houses in the world! Amazing layout for families, awesome game room, huge TV, comfortable beds and the most amazing location just a few blocks from the arcade, carnival, and beach. Carol was incredibly responsive. Could not have had a better stay.

Lovely spot! So easy to access and felt very private and matched the photos perfectly. The check-in process was seamless and made for an easy arrival after our long journey. Kitchen is well appointed and has everything you might want for an easy breakfast or something more elaborate. Access to the beach was even easier than we envisioned - it was so close. Loved having morning coffee on the deck, overlooking the ocean and listening to the waves crash against the shore. Also loved the heated floors in the primary bathroom upstairs - nice touch!

With a few dishes I wanted to prepare for our group, I am very appreciative of every tool, bowl and utensil I could have needed. Your kitchen not only had everything I needed and more, it was also so well organized.
