Holiday houses in Lovells Flat

Tracy’s house is a true gem - modern and clean with a mind blowing view and direct beach access, you really couldn’t dream of a more fantastic setting. It must be said that the house is on the smaller side, and while there is plenty of sleeping capacity, the dining table is very small with only two stools. If the weather does not permit sitting outside on the deck it makes for rather cramped quarters - we unfortunately felt that it was not a good fit for our group of 7 adults. Also of note, there is only one shower and one toilet, again making it a tougher fit for a larger group. Despite this our host Tracy was very kind, accommodating and responsive. Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back as a smaller group of maybe 2-3 adults.

The location is very convenient, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, it is very close to the scenic spot and supermarkets, it is very convenient for self-driving. The house is well maintained, clean and tidy. The scenery outside the house is beautiful.the landlord communicates in a timely manner and provides what we need.I hope in next time will order this house again.

We really enjoyed staying at Niagara Ridge Retreat. The house was comfortable, view was amazing, and we liked the location.

Cosy dwelling with colourful interior design. Great location near beach. The wood burner is brilliant for chilly evenings. We had a great time.

Bull Creek is an absolutely lovely spot. Quiet and remote with lovely bush and beach walks. The neighbours were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Walking in the nearby bush being deafened by the bellbirds a definite highlight. Views from the house of the sea was spectacular and the coastal walks and seeing the seals and lots of birds was another highlight. All of us agreed that we would love to stay again.

If you want a beautiful setting with plenty of peace and quiet, this place is for you. The house sits on top of a hill with gorgeous views of the surrounding hills and countryside. Located less than a mile from Owaka town center. Very spacious living, dining, kitchen areas. Bonus feature is the hot tub off the back of the house looking out toward the rolling hills. Saw everything we wanted to see in a day due to its central location. We loved our time there.

If you want a spacious place in a calm neighborhood with a super friendly and helpful host, and you are also in for a great kitchen and a large TV, this is the place to be. Nice 15-20min walk to Octagon, with awesome coffee on the way (Vanguard and Bru being our favs) and easy access to Paknsave/Warehouse only a few mins away by car or 15-20mins walk. Would come again!

Great stay in Ettrick before doing the Clutha Gold trail. Judy had the hot tub ready for us both nights of our stay which was amazing especially after a day out riding.
