Very responsive to questions. Clean and comfortable beds. Having washer and dryer was great after being on the road for over a week. Short drive to Tesco and Stirling Castle.

Absolutely loved our stay at Christmas in with our family. The perfect place to unwind and great for the dogs. Can't fault it and will definitely return. Very clean, tidy and full of character. Loved it. Thank you.

Good sized home for a family to stay in. Very clean and we really like having two bathrooms, not that common in Scotland, bathrooms were also updated and modern. Note that both bathrooms are downstairs and bedrooms are upstairs. We really appreciated the washing machine. Kitchen was excellent and well equipped, Victor even left us a welcome bottle of wine! Beds were a little uncomfortable and could do with replacement mattresses. Good house and value.

Communication was great. I left my diary and Clare and Jaymes offered to send it asap. Broughty Ferry is a lovely place to stay and we really enjoyed the break.

Stayed for 3 night over new years to see Stirling, family and surrounding areas. Felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. Kids loved it to. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

So Happy with Jo and the house! It was spotless and everything was so clean! One of the main things for us was how safe it was and how we felt very secure in the house / Neighbourhood. All in all was a very seamless stay with Joanna!! Communication was super fast!! 10/10 would recommend 😊

Justyna’s place is a beautiful, warm and welcoming home. It’s actually the family’s residence and she’d given it on Airbnb while they may be traveling. We went there around Christmas so we got the house all decked up with a beautiful lit Christmas tree, something which came as a pleasant surprise and goes on to show how thoughtful the host is! What’s great about the place: - Squeaky clean (you get the house in such spic & span condition that you are always too careful to keep it that way!) - Has everything one needs - Equipments all working; kitchen was very organised - Supplies were generous (both in kitchen, bathroom etc) - Peaceful and safe neighborhood - Justyna is very responsive and friendly; she was very accommodating for a late checkout - Gorgeous backyard What one can be mindful of when booking: May be it was the public holidays but cabs from the neighborhood to city centre have a longish wait time (15-20 mins) so one has to plan accordingly. Will definitely stay again!

I had a lovely stay at Rachel's with my family, my five year old didn't want to leave and when asked what her favourite thing was about Edinburgh she said the bath! It was comfortable and stylish and Rachel was a great host and have us lots of help including a recommendation for food where we ate three times! I would definitely recommend.

My mum and I had an amazing stay here over Christmas! The place was so homely and cozy. Daniel had set it up wonderfully with Christmas decorations to make it feel like home, and had provided milk, juice and snacks. It was super easy to check in and the place was very clean and tidy and spacious. Easy walking distance to both the new and old town areas, we didn’t need to catch public transport once. Daniel was great with communication before and during, and very helpful with recommendations. We had a wonderful stay, thank you so much!!

Great apartment location with everything you could need (especially bits in the kitchen!). Easy to get into the city centre on the no.23 bus! Would definitely stay again if coming back to Edinburgh.

Keith's place is excellent. Spacious and in an ideal location; close to everything but very quiet. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay there. Very nice location . The place was well equipped, clean, and we highly recommend it. We made excellent memories in Glasgow and would come back to the same place again.

Rona was a superb host. Amazing communication and support offered throughout. The property was perfect for our families. Full of character, walking distance to all amenities, approx 20min - 25min walk to all of Edinburgh's main attractions. We booked the flat for a few days for my Dad to stay over Christmas. The flat was ideal, Craig had left a few Christmas treats, which was really appreciated. The flat was spotless and my Dad felt right at home. We will definitely book again!

We are always on the lookout for a nice central location when we return to Scotland to visit our family. Dianes place was a great find. Ease of access is also a necessity as mum is now 90 and cannot do stairs anymore. Dianes place was just ideal and we all had a great time there. Although its an apartment it was quiet with no noisy neighbours through the wall or upstairs. Its well appointed with all that we needed for the simple meals that we prepared there. But most of all the beds were very comfortable and cozy! The bathroom was also bigger than we have seen in many other similar properties which was a nice bonus. We would certainly book again if available.

Great accommodation, clean, tidy and warm. easy walk in to the city centre, where we found plenty to do. Overall a wonderful location and accommodation for our stay in Edinburgh, would definitely choose this place again.

No better location! Walking up to the apartment you’re greeted with a gorgeous view of the castle, so many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance - it was the perfect home base. The size of the space and amenities were ideal to enjoy the weekend with my friend. Gavin was also super responsive friendly and to all messages.

We had an amazing break at 12 Golf Place, the absolute best location ever! Great apartment, very well kitted out. Really comfortable beds and good showers. The flat was cosy and welcoming. Alastair was an absolute dream to deal with. I would have no hesitation in returning and in recommending the accomodation.

We had a lovely stay in this flat. It was just a few minutes walk from all the attractions around the castle but in a quiet enough area to feel more like home. There were restaurants, pubs, and shops all within a block or two. Our arrival was perfectly easy and the stay in the flat was nice. I would heartily recommend this location for anyone who can easily navigate the stairs to the first floor.

My 2 friends and I were looking for an affordable yet great place to stay on our short trip to Edinburgh. This was the perfect location, few min away from the beach with beautiful views. The host provided clear instructions and provided answers to any questions throughout the stay! The place was as described and super clean.
