Very nice spacious living quarters. Comfortable furniture, nice amenities, feels just like home. We needed a place to stay to visit the wine region, but the home itself turned into part of our vacation that we wanted to enjoy. The kitchen was stocked well and we never fell short on dishes, pots & pans or utensils. David was a wonderful host, was a great responsive communicator and took time to chat and make sure we were comfortable. This is great find, don't hesitate on this one.

It is the perfect home for families who want a cozy and safe place to be with their loved ones.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of style and comfort. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was ideal—close to everything I wanted to explore but still quiet and peaceful.

Our five family members, all adults, had plenty of room to spread out, but also great spaces to be together. It was a lovely home with a gorgeous kitchen, and it was tastefully decorated for the holidays.

Truly a wonderful place to stay! The house was obviously loved and so well cared for. It felt like home the instant we walked in! The backyard was beautiful and such an enjoyable place to relax. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook dinner! highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a charming house to spend a weekend and would definitely stay again if I’m back up on SB!

Todd’s place was amazing! Everything was super clean and the amenities were spot on. It even had a handheld steamer that steamed my dress perfectly for my brother’s wedding! Also, we LOVED the sauna; we used it almost everyday we were there. Lastly, I loved how spacious the property and home were. Thanks, Todd!

loved the space very spacious and welcoming. favorite part of the house was the sun room. would 100 percent book again on a next trip when i just want a nice relaxing stay. very aesthetically pleasing. just loved everything over all.

The view from the deck top was absolutely amazing.

Great location right near the beach with tons of activities that you can possibly do. House itself is great for a larger group, with lots of bedrooms and off-street parking in the driveway and garage. Clean and well maintained, the space was nice to visit on a weekend with a good full kitchen. Would recommend!

Four of us stayed there for three nights on a work retreat and we LOVED every minute we got to spend there. It's hard to describe how beautiful and peaceful it is, but sitting outside is glorious because you have an amazing view of the rolling hillside country covered I oak trees, the hawks and other birds riding the wind, the Llamas on the opposite hillside, the quail in the bushes just off the lawn, the doves, the scent of flowers and herbs, it's just amazing. The house is very tastefully decorated, all the amenities we needed, huge kitchen, and lots of room for lounging. Beds were comfy and the entire place was very clean. We will be back!

First, the place is great. It is spacious, the bedrooms are large, and the view is fantastic. Being dog lovers, the highlight for us was Styx the ranch dog who kept us company all weekend. The house was clean and well stocked. The furniture is dated but comfortable. The master bathroom has a heater that made my shower very nice!

We loved staying at Michael and Eleanor’s home! It was clean, as described, and they were very responsive and helpful. I even forgot a ukulele at the Airbnb and they have been communicating with me in order to get it back! The heating is only in the living room area but they have space heaters in the bedrooms so we were warm enough. The only negative thing was the next door neighbor’s dog, who was barking super loud throughout the day and night—not in anyone’s control but was very disruptive especially for my toddler’s nap. All in all, would definitely stay here again!!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Nice bedding, thick towels, very comfortable bed. Really stocked with anything you could need. Close to the beach and activities. John was very responsive to communication. Great experience all around.

Lizbeth was very welcoming and her place was perfect for my visit. I recommend her place - she has several places to suit couples, and single travelers. Nice amenities and very homey. I would definitely stay at her place again! She even sent me on my way with some chocolate chip cookies!

We stayed at Brent and Jo's place over NYE, and it was a great choice. The house was clean when we got there, and we know how difficult that can be as pet owners. We loved how close to the ocean this house is - and it really does feel like a house, there's a ton of character! Our local friends came over for dinner one night, and their 3yo daughter had endless fun trying to find all the octopi hidden around the house. 10/10 would stay here again!

Our stay at this charming and unique home in Arroyo Grande was fantastic! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the house and backyard. They especially loved exploring the toys , We also had the pleasure of meeting Felix, the famous, attention-seeking cat !!. The home was impeccably maintained, with everything thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy bedrooms to the living areas. I highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Great place definitely recommend!

The accommodations were clean, cozy, and private, offering a wide range of amenities and activities for everyone to enjoy. The game room was a huge hit with everyone! From the patio, the view of the valley is breathtaking, and gathering around the firepit was the perfect way to wrap up each day. We're already chatting about our plans for next year, and I can’t wait to go back and try to beat my high score in skeeball!

A perfect country get away but still close to points of interest and restaurants.

We stayed here with a group of friends and two pups and had the best time. The property recently went through a renovation and you can just see the amount of love and care that went into it. The house was well equipped with everything you’d need, and was beyond comfortable. We appreciated the fine details that went into the decor, and you can tell that the owners wanted to showcase both the history of the home and give it modern comforts. We would happily stay here again! Jen was extremely responsive and we had the best time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chrystine's house. It was a very nice, clean house. Location was perfect and easy for us to get to and from our worksite. Will defiantly return again for another stay.
