Monthly Rentals in Lora de Estepa

This place offers a LOT of value for a low price and the owner is a kind man. It is quiet, like all the other reviews already said (I'm sensitive to noise, that's why I chose this listing!) with barely any traffic. There aren't any direct neighbors next door either so you don't hear the typical neighbor sounds. I have to warn you that rural Spain does have an endemic problem with barking dogs, even at night, but in this house you only hear them from farther away, so it's ok. You could always buy some earplugs if necessary. I always sleep with earplugs in my life in general. In my review, I really want to highlight that in this village, you can get almost anything you'd ever need on foot. It's a 2 minute walk to a small market, cafes and a restaurant, a 4 min walk to a supermarket, and a big supermarket is 10 min max. 2 more things: English is rare in Luque, and you should still have a car. I had no car, for tourism that's not optimal. I already miss the calm village atmosphere..

What a nice stay in Puente Genil! We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and we felt right at home. We choose it for it's location in the heart of Andalucia (perfect for day trips to Seville, Córdoba, Malaga and Ronda) and for it's views of rio Genil 😊 I was sooo delighted 👍🏻 If we return to the area we will not hesitate to contact Eugenio again. Nice affordable apartment for a long stay. Kitchen has everything we needed. Apartment is supplied by a gas water heater. One can enjoy a clear view of fields to the horizon through the glass doors of the living room. There is an ice-cream cafe with an outstanding selection of flavors in five minutes by walk, as well as a nice restaurant with burgers and pizza. Estepa itself is located just in the middle among Sevilla, Málaga, Córdoba and Granada, so that you can get and travel there by car in an hour.

The stay at Ivan's house was great. Important for me that there is parking and I have the car booked, from the window I could see my vehicle, great, lots of parking around. Easy to get to. Many amenities nearby: health center, bus station, many supermarkets, bakery, bars... the center is not far away on foot. The two nights we have been asleep in luxury, no noise or hassle of any kind. The house is very well equipped. Thank you Ivan and your mother too.
