Beautiful surroundings, very quiet and peaceful. No TV or board games available but luckily we brought dice and had a great time.

Great place to stay while skiing at mt Spokane!

Perfectly furnished older cottage in a quiet neighborhood of a mix of older and newer homes. Parks and college campus nearby. Lovely backyard with a waterfall/ pond. Every amenity that we could think of was provided and more. The easy walk to downtown alleviated any hassle finding parking. Beds were very comfortable. Clearly one of the best units that we have ever stayed in.

All in all a great place to stay, had everything we needed for a weekend of disc golf. Very peacefull and quite place to stay if your looking to just get away. Will definitely use it again.

This was an absolute dream of a vacation stay. The house was bigger than I initially assumed it would be. Every single space was thoughtfully and gorgeously decorated. The hosts Tina and Brian were proactive about making sure we had everything we needed but we were well set up from the start. Great instructions, and the house had more than we could have asked for. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there and we’re already looking to see if we can do it again.

You and your family will love this home! It is quirky and fun but so comfortable! There are two paddle boats for your use, floaties, squirt guns, etc. We were a 3 generational party of 10 and it worked well. The outside bathroom is so convenient with the shower. We put all our extra drinks out there to refill the coolers in the shed area attached to the bathroom. If you have a boat, we recommend you using it to bring all your stuff into the home. Our host was very clear that our 70 and 80 year old parents would not do well traversing the 136 stairs down to the home so we boated them in. Lots of sheets and blankets and everything you need to cook and relax! The stove is very old so we used the BBQ and did all our cooking outside (which was lovely, actually). Don't be concerned about the water. Anna is a SPECTACULAR host!!! Cell and internet service was no problem. Don't hesitate to book this amazing vacation spot. And you can boat to restaurants and golf. Everyone had a great time!

Absolutely amazing view of the lake. The house was clean and the beds were soft and comfy! I’ve had bad experiences with in the past where the pics were not even close. Whar you see is what you get! Elisabeth was super friendly. She came out to greet us. Even checked up on us the next to see if we needed anything! Not used to that kind of customer service! Pool table and the retro arcade game was so rad! Definitely will be going back!

We stayed at Sandra's cabin on a Labor Day Weekend and we loved it! The cabin was very clean - the cleanest Airb&b I have ever stayed at. The place is perfect for two people. Sandra's cabin is pet friendly. Our dog Joy enjoyed racing back and forth in a front yard. She is a smaller doggie and we had to keep an eye on her as lots of deer coming to the yard. We enjoyed watching them hanging out in the yard or picking fresh apples directly from the tree.

What an amazing location to spend Christmas and a birthday with my husband! Bald Eagles were flying by non-stop and perching nearby calling to each other, and the constantly changing view of the clouds and Lake C d'A was unbelievably beautiful! We could watch comfortably out the huge windows as the weather and eagles went by, and when it was nice weather we sat on the deck until chilled! Summer time must be a dream on those decks! Jason's place was clean, cozy, and very private. The kitchen had quality cookware and knives, to cook gourmet holiday meals just like we do at home. The bed was super cozy, bathroom beautiful and well stocked with clean linens, and our dog was comfortable. The appliances & TV were all working. Checkin & out were easy and Jason was quick to respond to questions. We were glad to travel the dirt road off the hwy in daylight the first time into the house. If it had snowed it would have been a challenge w/o AWD, as stated in the house info. We'll be back!

Corey was very responsive to any requests and questions. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked with necessary items and bonus items too. Would definitely stay there again!

This is our second time staying here at the birdhouse and we absolutely loved it once again! This time I met a friend at Thomas Hammer coffee shop that is walking distance from the house and I highly recommend that place for anybody looking for coffee or treats during your stay. Lots of other stores close by as well. I took a walk in the neighborhood today and it’s totally safe and pleasant. South Hill really is the best location to stay in Spokane. Randy and Amanda are such friendly hosts. I feel like I know them even though I haven’t met them! That are always super responsive and accommodating to questions and some extra requests. We feel so cozy when we’re here at the birdhouse it’s always so hard to leave !! we will be back soon thanks again Randy and Amanda!!

The Cozy Cabin on the Pend Oreille River was the perfect location for our trip to NE Washington. It is a comfortable, clean, and relaxing place to simple be. Turkeys and deer stroll through the yard, and lovely sunsets over the river. The location is great for making day trips to the many points of interest between the Canadian Border and Newport. The host Jacquie was very kind and helpful. We hope to stay here again next year!

This is a clean, very homey location in a quiet neighborhood - close enough in to town to reach amenities easily, and close enough to the woods to be out in the wilderness among the moose in no time! Great location, very clean and well-kept cabin. It was a delight to stay in. The amenities provided were a very nice touch. James packed a lot in to this small space! I'll be staying here again!

Jolene's cabin is an amazing place. The lake is so close views are amazing. Jolene is very kind and responsive to your needs. I recommend highly staying here. look forward to staying again.

All of the 5 star reviews about this house are accurate! We’ve stayed at many locations over the years and this is in our top 5 for cleanliness, comfort and convenience. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you need plus little extra bonuses that set it apart from others. We stayed here while helping our friends about a block away, move. It was ideally located for us and so nice to return to a spotless and comfortable home after 2 days of hard physical work. We slept like newborn babies. Do not hesitate to book this property. once we arrived, I personally felt right at home. 15 years ago while doing road construction on 395 I brought my 5th wheel and stayed in the Rv park right under the tree in front of the house for 3 months. ( back then it was the 49r ) Everything from check in to check out went smoothly. this is a great little house and set up very nicely for several people. It was just the 2 of us and our fur baby so we only occupied the 1 bedroom. The area is nice and quiet. very close to everything we were looking for like the Casino, Monica's buttermilk cafe, we're 2 of our favorites. Shawna the house keeper does a wonderful job everything was spotless. Next time we come we will for sure be booking with Taylor
