Monthly Rentals in Lookout Mountain

Great location not only for tourist haunts, local St Elmo restaurants and shopping, everything in Chattanooga, but just 1/3 mile from our eldest son and his family. The one room flat (with super big bathroom) is spacious and finished to a high standard. Has walk in closet across from bathroom and another walk in closet off the living room space. Love that the space is “L” shaped - the bed and nightstands are in a recessed alcove, the living area in another with the kitchen facing both. While we just used the coffee maker, the kitchen was well stocked for any type of food prep, with some non-perishables like coffee and filters (yess!) Because the apartment is above a garage, you could hear the owners operating the door, but it was infrequent (once a day) and not loud.

We loved the house and the property was beautiful. Away from downtown area but still close to everything. Rock City and Ruby Falls are a 10-12 min. drive from the house. There is a nice park up the street not far from the house for kids that we enjoyed in between sight seeing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We would definitely want to stay again the next time we are in the area!

We loved the little house on the hill. Jaimelee was an excellent host, and was very welcoming and willing to help with any issues we had. The house is VERY quiet and open. If you are someone who needs some white noise, bring a sound machine. My husband said he heard the trains nearby but i didn’t think they were loud at all. We will definitely be staying again!

This quiet apartment was perfect for 2 people. The views and sunsets from the deck were spectacular! Keith and Jan were absolutely wonderful hosts. We had car trouble during our stay and they were very flexible in letting us stay an extra day. They were even so kind as to bring us food for our extended stay!! In spite of the car trouble, it was a truly lovely experience! I wish I could give Keith and Jan more than 5 stars!
