Monthly Rentals in Long Island

Great studio with everything one needs. It was truly a "home away from home" experience. Spotless, comfortable, and tons of supplies. Excellent internet for my work. The washer/dryer (only $1 a load) was just down the hall and vey convenient. I will definitely come back. Thanks Marlene!

Alexa has two places here in Ocean Park, next to each other but separated by a tall fence. I've stayed at both of them, and in one instance it was while the other unit was occupied, but I never saw or heard the tenants. The way that the homes are set up provide the privacy and tranquility that you expect, regardless of which you stay in. The Portage is the smaller of the two rentals, but still very livable with what appears to be a very fresh remodel with everything looking new and unused. Highly recommend it! Very walk-able location, so you can park your car and stretch your legs whenever you need groceries, amazing coffee, or to the Shoalwater Bay Yacht Club on Friday nights for live music, or to Sierra's, or MyCovio's (a must!) for good food. And make sure to catch the sunset on the beach, a short stroll down Bay Street from MyCovio's and the Shoalwater Bay Yacht Club (not a pretentious kind of Yacht Club...super chill and homey in a building steeped in local history).

This was just the kind of place we were looking for for a relaxing weekend in Long Beach. We especially enjoyed the extremely comfortable bed - I haven't slept that well in a long time! Kim & Roddy's Groovy Li'l Pad had everything we needed, and we will definitely be back.

We booked the loft for 3 nights very last minute. The host texted us the details rights away. When we arrived the place was clean and just as we expected. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again
