Another bathroom was this year added to the apt! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big balcony and separated kitchen make it very comfortable and spacious for families or group of friends. There is also small balcony behind too. Best area to avoid traffic jams. Beaches and kite-surf beaches are 1-2 km away, Ada Bojana is 4 km away and shops/restaurants are all within 1/2km. There are two air conditioners (one in bedroom 1 and hall for bedrooms 2/3) +Washing machine Optic internet/cable TV are provided

We built swimming pool in 2019year and it is open for guests from 15.05-15.10 My place is close to parks,pine forest(in our yard) great views of sea,olive trees, the city center is about 400m, and art and culture.
