We felt at home with Sabina. She was always there for you and gave helpful tips. We were in the low season which we saw very much as an advantage, no more party mile, very beneficial for people who like it a little quieter, the beaches are nicely empty . My family, a total of 7 people stayed at Liubov's. The villa is fantastic, 4 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms, a big terrace and a pool. The location is great, there are a few steps to the sea, the nearest small beach is also within walking distance. However, you need a car to shop or eat out. The view of the sea from the villa is magnificent. We stayed for 12 days, the whole villa was cleaned once, the beds were freshly made. The towels were exchanged very often, you don't have to bring bath towels from home, everything is available. The host is always available, she helps with the slightest problem right away. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book with Liubov again at any time:)

Host Spring very warmly welcomed us! The house is very comfortable, clean and full of everything you need. In the fridge, gifts were waiting for us, and also sometimes in the morning we were treated to freshly cut figs. Once every 2 days we cleaned our place, which was unexpected and very pleasant. The house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large hall, a large balcony. There were 6 of us and everyone was very comfortable and spacious in the house. There was also a bunch of towels that could be used at home. (So you can only take towels for the beach.) The balcony and the view from it are just wow! Every breakfast we had beautiful sea views. One of us got sick and Spring brought a thermometer and pills, even though it was late at night. Then I really cared about the patient. When the storm started and we were not home, the hostess came by and removed all our belongings that we hung up to dry so they wouldn't get wet. There is always a free, free parking near the house. This is a big plus because parking is a real problem in Montenegro. 10 min from the house there are 3 beaches (both sand and stone), supermarket, market and main street. We are so delighted with both the house and the Spring that now if we come to Ulcinj, we will definitely go to this house! This is a very cool place. We recommend it to everyone! The house is comfortable, clean and was equipped with everything you need (even about 10 towels for home usage). There were some presents for us from hosts in a fridge (two bottles of water, one pack of juice and a bottle of local wine). Also, hosts gave us some fruits from their garden several times. They did the cleaning every two days, what was unexpected, but pleasant. There are 3 rooms in a house, 2 WCs, kitchen and diner room. We came as a group of 6 and there were a lot of place for everyone. A balcony and a view from it was amazing! Every breakfast was held there with a great seaview. One day one of us got sick and a host Vesna brought thermometer and pills, although it was almost 12 a.m. Next few days she worried about that sick gay, what was cute. When the storm started and we were not at home, hosts came to the balcony and took off all the clothes and put them into the house. Near the house there a free parking lot, and that's a big advantage of this place, because parking is the one of the most annoying thing in Ulcinj and Montenegro. 10 minutes walking from the house there are 3 different beaches (sandy and stone ones), supermarket, market with local fruits and vegetables and the main street with lots of caffees, restaraunts and bars. We are so delighted with the house and hosts, especially! If we return to Ulcinj, we'll certainly go to Vesna Apartments again. Awesome place, definitely. Vesna, thanks a lot! Stunning Place with amazing views. The Villa had everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy, pool was cleaned everyday! Hosts were fast at replying and made sure we had everything we needed. It was great for us! Thank you

We stayed in this cozy house for a month, and we loved it. It’s surrounded by a charming garden with pomegranates, barberries, and palms, and there’s a huge gazebo covered in kiwi vines. We enjoyed tangerines, pomegranates, apples, and nuts from the garden and spent lots of time outside. For our kids (we have three), it was especially delightful: they searched for snails in the grass, spotted lizards on sun-warmed stones, and found it all incredibly exciting. Inside, the house has a neat and bright interior. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes and everything we needed, while the bedrooms have lots of bedding and towels.The living room has two large, comfortable sofas and enough space for a big group to relax. The host is incredibly attentive and kind, helping us with everything—from unloading our belongings to even assisting with a parking ticket fine 😆 He always resolved any issues we had. We’re very grateful ❤️

We enjoyed the stay in the old town. The apartment is a romantic place. Thanks to the host who did pick us up and guide as to parking and the place making it a relaxed experience.

The apartment which we was living in for two weeks was exactly as on the pictures. It had everything that we needed. Host was very hospitable and helpful. We felt that host is taking care of us. If we needed anything, we was getting immediate help and advice. We can truly reccomend this place.

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

We had a nice time here. The property is very modern, well equipped and very clean. With the available kayak, you can explore the area very well from the sea directly from the in-house sea access. The hosts were courteous and helpful... gladly.

Lydia’s house has really authentic charm and unique architecture and style. You feel Key-West vibe here, the smell of figues and oleander and super beautiful see view. And it feels like home, because it’s private home made with love. Located on the mountain it gives the calm which is so important during the crowdy touristic season and at the same time good access to the beaches: small Rakita you may reach by foot, it’s easy on a super hot day but not a big challenge, Velika Plaza with all her kitesurfing area (which are incredibly great) is in 20 minutes by car. We have spent one month in Lydia’s house and it was really inspiring! Thank you💕💕💕

Everything was great, the gas has everything you need. There are a couple of beaches within the walking distance with clean water. Olga was extremely helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

Zoran is a very nice host with quick response time! The place is very central with great views of the old town and walking distance (3 min) to the beach.

The place was very nice, clean, spacious, we were 15 people and there was enough space for everyone. The owner is very friendly and nice, even though he lived with us he didn't bother us at all. 5 stars in all respects, our stay was beyond our Expectations.

Beautiful views of bay. Many restaurants within walking distance. House fully equipped and very clean. Very likeable hostess. Parking at the house (for me) very adventurous, but in the parallel street there is a gravel parking lot where you can park for small money.

I have spent 7 nights in this Villa Dobre Vode together with my wife. Our room was super clean and cozy. We have found everything needed to prepare meals on our own. Big thanks to Djina (our host) for the hospitality! She is veryyy kind and helpful. We felt there like at home. The swimming pool was clean, and it was really nice to spend the time on sunbathing there. Nice surprise was, that we received a bottle of wine from Djina when we were leaving. Definitelly recommended place!

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

Milos gave us a warm welcome and some great recommendations for the area. We were even allowed to pick fruits from the beautiful garden, which was a dream come true 🥰

Really very cool place with a sensational view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped with the most necessary. All in all, a clear recommendation for people traveling with a car in Montenegro.

The place was great. The Pool and Views are fantastic. Kol even let us into the accommodation at 2 o'clock at night and was always easily accessible. The location is also very relaxed, you can go from here to the lake, to Shkodra and is also quickly in the Albanian Alps. Overall a very nice holiday and a perfect place for those who don't necessarily want to land in a tourist hotspot and a generic apartment. I'd love to come back :)

Quiet, well-maintained. We spent 7 nights here. Good Water as a town didn't impress us. Crowds of people, hustle and bustle, plastic. There is no contact with nature. There are a lot of shops - it's very convenient. The building itself, in which the apartment is located, is a complex of apartments with access to the pool and down to the sea - there are sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge for guests, but people occupy them early in the morning. A path there amidst beautiful vegetation, perfect for taking photos-especially at sunset. Descent to the sea on a ladder or slippery stairs - take your bathing shoes. The direct descent from the apartment to the pool is very comfortable. When other people were in the pool, the noise was not tiring, because due to the air conditioning, there are doors and windows closed. The terrace is clean with a beautiful view. Perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Host punctual and responsible. Very good contact. We rented a car from him for two days. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!
