We had a great time at this place to stay and the communication with Ermina was excellent. He is a very friendly and responsive host to all our requirements. But we would have liked the kitchen to be better equipped, considering that we also cooked at home. However, we really enjoyed the place booked and we hope to come back soon!

The host is extremely accommodating,sweet and approachable. I spent the first time with him and generally in Montenegro and was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful people, the beautiful place all the best. I'm a very pleasant owner, the apartment is beautiful, the apartment is beautiful better than the pictures....clean,tidy, everything you need to use,from the linens, the household appliances, they all have everything.... I'm really very surprised and I can't wait again at his place for the summer. I really felt like home even better....kudos to people and the owner are wonderful. Thank you

Apartment is on a great place with the view on the old town and sea and easy to find. It has 3 bedrooms and lots of space. It was clean and matched the description and pictures perfectly. Ljiljana and Marko are great and kind hosts. They let us check out a bit later since there was no one after us :) for every recomendation :)

The only apartment in Montenegro that has a piano! It was great! The apartment is cozy and clean. There is a piano, and it's amazing:) The owner of the apartment, Danijel, even called a piano tuner for our arrival. It was very nice to live in an apartment with a piano and play it for hours. The piano is in excellent condition, with good sound. Very responsive and kind owner. I recommend!

We felt very comfortable. The space is great, just the view from the balcony is priceless. The private sea access was worth gold as the beaches in the area were excessively crowded. We really liked Montenegro except for a few small things and we can recommend the place.

Beautiful experience! The property is located just outside the historic center of Skutari, so you can get around easily. Great location as a base to visit the many attractions of the surroundings (sea, mountains, lake...) Very well-kept apartment in every detail, with private elevator and direct access to the floor, peculiarity that transmits security and tranquility. We had great advice about both the areas to visit and for the restaurants in the area that we tried with great satisfaction 🤤 Friendly and helpful hosts for any eventuality. We were also able to use electric bikes for a nice ride on the lakefront. Northern Albania is so charming. We'll be back for sure. Thank you for everything.

Strict city center. Impeccably clean every detail of the apartment. Beautiful views of the marina and the sea. Communication at the level at all times and I emphasize the owner's unobtrusiveness. If you think parking is overbooked, just twenty meters to the next, and you can park your car with peace of mind. All in all, thanks for a great stay.

House was in great location to city center. Walking distance to everything. Location was spot on. Apartment was very clean. Hosts had great details on evening to do and see. Very spacious and roomy.

This is our second time staying at one of Ari’s apartments and it was wonderful again. Clean, very well furnished and equipped, well located and quiet. Ari is truly a super host. Very very highly recommended.

Very modern flat and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and views of the mountain, sea and town from the balcony were fabulous. Lovely to arrive and have toilet rolls, tea and some coffee already bought. Despite being on the 9th floor the lifts were very efficient. Area is quiet with lots of shops and restaurants within a 5m walk (or less).

Airbnb was amazing and how it was described. The host was very responsive and even helped me find parking for the night. Experience fully met expectations!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Dafina's flat and it was an experience worth cherishing. Despite our late arrival at 23:30 due to heavy traffic, Dafina warmly greeted us, ensuring a seamless check-in. Not only did she provide all the extra bedding we requested, but she also went the extra mile by thoughtfully gifting my three children with chocolates and fruit juice. It's the little gestures like these that truly make a stay memorable. The accommodation itself was top-notch and perfectly suited our family's needs. In all aspects, Dafina proved to be an exceptional host. We would highly recommend her property to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay.

Magical place! Perfect stay in the apartment, direct private sea access. Great for swimming, snorkeling, SUP, working out, relaxing reading and more. Well equipped kitchen allowed for cooking. We couldn't get enough. Definitely need to come back! Very nice hosts, thanks for everything.

Aleksandars place in cold bay is an absolute dime! The location in the bay could not be better and I had the most peaceful month there. Since I went outside of the high season there were only very few but friendly people there and Aleksandar was easy to communicate with if there were questions. Cannot recommend enough!
