Waterfront holiday rentals in London Borough of Newham

We were attending a conference at ExCeL London. The location was perfect for attendance at the conference center. Easily walkable, restaurants and grocery stores below the apartment and across the street were wonderfully convenient. We would definitely stay here again if attending events at or near ExCeL London.

A unique stay in the walking distance from the Tower Bridge. The river views are amazing and apartment is very cozy and well-decorated. We cooked breakfast a couple of times, the kitchen has anything you need, owner even let us use some basics, like jam and butter.

I loved my stay at Phil's place in Brentford. The apartment is exactly as portrayed in the photos. The building is quiet and safe, near multiple bus stops and within walking distance of the Brentford rail station. Phil met me at the apartment, showed me around, and made me feel very welcome. He checked in a few times via the app to make sure all was going well. He's a lovely host and the apartment was just perfect for my first two weeks in the UK. I definitely recommend this apartment!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in London. The modern, stylish decor made it feel like home, and the apartment had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy linens. The location was ideal—close to major attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and made sure I had everything I needed for a great experience. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting London and will definitely stay here again!

Ablle to walk to Buckingham Palace and the surrounding area is nice too. The place is nice and clean with a nice view

We booked this Airbnb for a family trip for myself and my husband, two daughters, son in law and granddaughter. From the initial booking process until check out communication was excellent. In particular, every effort was made to ensure our 17month old granddaughter would be comfortable in the apartment. The location is handy for the DLR and there is a Tesco and a Lidl literally on the doorstep. The setting beside the canal is peaceful and it would be lovely to use the outside space on warmer days. The apartment worked so well for all of us to come and go as we pleased. We loved it.

We enjoyed the house a lot - it was a great pleasure to stay there. It was decorated with great taste and not in the typical "Airbnb-style". We were a family with kids and used all three bedrooms - the one in the basement was especially good for our little daughter as there was no need to climb the steps to the upper floor. Emily was very responsive and friendly. We loved "Little Venice" and the nearby restaurants (Paulette, Quince Tree Coffee, Chakra Little Venice, Gogi, The Bridge House, ....). The nearest subway station is just a 3 minutes walk away and even Paddington is just a 15 minutes walk. Thank you very much for letting us (especially with kids) stay in this wonderful house.

Wonderful little place tucked away north of Kings Cross. Two very comfortable bedrooms upstairs and a lovely little yard out the back with birds and squirrels to watch. A 10 min walk along the canal to granary square / coal yards / kings cross.

A really pleasant place to stay, just under 5-10 minutes from Shadwell train station, where you can get to the city quickly. It had been perfect for us as a group of 6. 👍

Great location, very easy to get into central London, with lots of places to eat close to the house if you don’t feel like cooking. Alvaro was responsive and friendly, offering local recommendations, and clear instructions on check in and departure. The apartment is across 2 floors with another 2 floor apartment above, as part of a block, with a parking space outside which is rare in London! We found it to be clean and well maintained, the kitchen had all the utensils and crockery etc that we needed, which isn’t always the case in rentals. There’s a small garden out the back. The only downside we found was that the bedrooms didn’t have bedside tables or lamps, so it felt a little sparse on the furnishings upstairs. Would definitely recommend.

Love Adriano home, it’s cozy and has all the amenities you will need. Visit during the winter season, nearby amenities like supermarkets is still open which is good for us, since we always make breakfast at home. Easy to get to the stations and subway. Northfield & Boston Manor is reachable via buses to get you to zone 1 etc. I really love Adriano home away from home.

Lovely pad, very friendly, responsive host

We had a great time staying at HyunAh’s place. The house was very comfortable for our family of 8. The location is great, especially since we were there during Wimbledon, making it very convenient to walk to the event. It’s close to the station, a nearby shopping center, and some restaurants. The host is super friendly and responsive, from the day we booked the place to after we left. He sent many thoughtful messages and useful information to us. I really appreciate it, and this experience made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Thanks again for everything.

Kim and Adam's place was perfect for our 10-day stay. It is very close to the Surbiton train station, and has numerous pub and dining options at one end of the street and the park on the Thames at the other. The home is very spacious, and the amenities were exactly as listed and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. When we encountered confusion about locking the back door, Kim and Adam stopped by to educate us on its operation - they are lovely people, and we really appreciated the off-hour assistance. We have a lot of family who live nearby, and will absolutely be returning to use their listing if it is available - it's a great value, incredibly convenient to both tourism and relaxing at home, and the decor and comforts are fantastic.

Tina and Tee are absolutely fantastic hosts! My fiancé and I have stayed in 5* hotels and apartments globally and are impressed by the high level of hospitality and professionalism that they showed us throughout our stay in their apartment. We made a last-minute booking due to Airbnb technical difficulties, but Tina and Tee were incredibly empathetic and accomodating in allowing a late booking and early check-in. Throughout our stay, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a home away from home (while our house is being renovated) and their apartment was perfectly equipped with amenities for a long-stay rental (in a superb location). They were always on hand to assist with any queries and no request was too big or small. My fiancé is pregnant and Tina provided extra attention to detail to make my fiancé feel comfortable and Tee was always just a phone call away to help with anything. We highly recommend their services and can't wait to use them again in the future

Getting the keys was a bit tricky as the address of the shop was not provided, only a picture of it. There was also no instruction on parking, only photo of the parking space. The view is stunning. Everything you need is in walkable distance. You really don't need to leave the area. The Wharf kitchen street food was our main choice for food, and it was both inexpensive and delicious. Tesco 24/7 is bonus. The Uber boat is a great choice for hop-on, hop-off transportation.

Perfect location and tidy place. Noise outside is a bit disturbing but not a big deal.

Stayed at the location for 5 days & it was amazing. The host was kind enough to respond as quick as possible and was helpful with any queries I may have had. The location was beautiful along with a stunning view in every room. Property was tidy & clean, had lots of amenities. Parking was also very safe & secure. Overall a lovely stay, would recommend to others & will definitely be returning again!

Great place to stay if you’re visiting the ExCel centre or Canary Wharf. Good transport for further afield in London as well. Really easy to check in, Leon and Claudia were really helpful with everything we needed and accommodating our requests. Check in and check out was a breeze!

Ovid’s apartment was a perfect landing spot for us while attending a conference at nearby St Katherine’s Foundation. We particularly loved the view of the Thames and walking along the river path. There is a small Sainsburys within walking distance for necessities and we also enjoyed eating at The Yurt Cafe (lovely coffee and breakfast) , La Figa (delicious Italian), and The Prospect of Whitby (a pub older than our country with good beer and British comfort food). Ovid was an accommodating host who was able to do a bit earlier check in for these jet lagged travelers. It was much appreciated.

Our second stay at Watercolours, such a beautiful spot with great transport connections. Peter a great host as always, we knew he would be there if we needed anything but the flat was perfect with everything we needed. A great place to stay to explore the local area!
