Quiet area. The house is located in Alburquerque about 15 min (13 km) from Tagbilaran City. The plot borders the sea! Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome!

It's surrounded by a handcrafted furniture shop of Redulla's Antiques, and tablea, (cocoa tablets) are made just up the street. The market, Baclayon Church, Baluarte, and local eateries are all within a 10 min. walk. Our space is a niche spot for an artist to create or a small family to unwind. It's the home of artworks of the artist, Luwalhati, and a few of her personal collection. Welcome to our Yellow House!

2 bedroom house (built 2018) at the ocean, kitchen and two bathrooms with AirCon. Living room/ dining share another AC. 15 minutes to Tagbilaran and 15-20 minutes to the famous Alona beach. Ideal to relax a few days and go on Bohol Chocolate Hills tour and enjoy diving. Ideal for Freedivers! We are not in the central tourist spot. If you like to go to other places, you will need some mode of transportation. See below "Getting around". Copy of passport or valid photo ID required upon check in.
