Absolutely beautiful flat and beautiful surroundings. Simon and Maria could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately I had to cut my booking short due to personal reasons but Simon and Maria were very understanding and helpful. The flat itself is very up to date and clean but still cosy and comfy. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I'd highly recommend this place.

we came to England for a funeral and extended our stay to visit south wales. Just a warning , it is much better if you have a car. we arrived by train n fortunately uber took us directly there. rest of the time, with the help n guidance of Paul,we were able to get around n back to the train station. this house is very welcoming. 3 of us slept well. lots of room. everything you could want. this house is 500?? years old. Updated to the max with the feel of the beauty from way back. we were amazed n very happy. Fiona promptly answered questions, n Paul was so helpful. VERY funny man! loved our stay n the pub nearby...Carpenters Arms. thank you to Fiona n Paul!

Lovely 5 night stay at the cottage with my two boys. It was quiet and peaceful, clean and perfectly equipped for our break. It’s in a great location. We bounced around local castles and walks by day, we cooked, watched films and cosied up by the fire in the evenings. The home baked cake that was left for our arrival made for the perfect add on to our packed lunches each day. Raglan Castle and the Forest of Dean were big hits, as was Symonds Yat. The beds were super comfy, I’ll miss the lovely powerful showers now we’re home, and we had everything we needed. James is a very responsive and helpful host, huge thanks for the early check in and sharing your beautiful space with us.

Had a wonderful stay at Melissa's, she was a very friendly, generous and responsive host. The surroundings are beautiful and the bird feeder and fire is a great touch! We will be recommending this stay to our friends and family.
